Malta villa apartment with pool, which is situated in a quiet area and enjoys a private pool and garden. If you enjoy peace and quiet but would like to be a short distance to the beach, this is the place for you. This lovely one of a kind apartment is located on the outskirts of the village of Naxxar, it is on the ground floor, however there are a few steps to reach the pool. The outdoor pool has one shallow end for the elderly/kids. Please note this villa apartment is not in a complex but forms part of a fully detached villa where the owner lives. There are no other holidaymakers on the premises. The village centre can be reached in a 15 minute walk but a car is highly recommended to be able to explore the island at leisure.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen overlooks a mature garden. It has a tv with many English channels, including BBC, ITV, and others including children's/teenagers channels. We offer free wifi too. The kitchen is equipped with a half and half fridge freezer, gas hob, electric cooker, micro wave oven, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
There is one double bed in the first bedroom which has an en suite full bathroom. The other bedroom has 2 single beds and is next door to a second shower room. Electric fans are provided during the summer months.

Naxxar is a stately old village on the island of Malta's northern coastline. It is off the main tourist trails but has a charming ancient past. In fact legend has it that when St Paul got shipwrecked on St. Paul's island he could be heard preaching from the outskirts of Naxxar exactly at the top of the hill of San Pawl Tat-Targa.
The parish church of Naxxar is in the baroque style and is dedicated to Our Lady of Victories celebrated on the 8th of September each year with religious processions, local bands marching and of course lots of beautiful fire works. Palazzo Parisio is an 18th century stately home together with its well kept gardens are located right opposite the parish church and definitely worth a visit.
We provide you with sheets and towels so you can travel light. A welcome pack will await you on arrival. I will personally meet and greet you if you arrive between 11.00 am and 8.00pm. During other hours and up to 11.00pm my assistant will meet you.
Now onto something about myself. I am semi retired and have been renting to happy holiday makers for just over 20years now.
