Description
Enjoy a relaxing stay in this one-of-a-kind self-catering apartment, set in a quiet area on the outskirts of the charming village of Naxxar. Ideal for guests who appreciate peace and privacy, yet want to remain within easy reach of Malta’s beaches and attractions.The apartment is on the ground floor of a fully detached villa where the owner lives. It is not part of a complex, and there are no other holiday guests on the premises, making it a perfect choice for a calm and private holiday.
Outside, guests can enjoy a private pool and mature garden, perfect for unwinding in the sun. The pool has a shallow end suitable for children and elderly guests. Please note that there are a few steps leading to the pool area, and the pool is not heated.
Inside, the apartment offers an air-conditioned open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area overlooking the garden. The living area includes a smart TV, as well as free Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable self-catering stay, including a fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine.
There are two bedrooms:
- 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom
- 1 twin bedroom with two single beds, next to a second shower room
Bed linen and towels are provided, so you can travel light, and a welcome pack will be waiting for you on arrival.
The centre of Naxxar is around a 15-minute walk away. This historic Maltese village is full of character, with lovely streets, local charm, and landmarks such as the beautiful parish church and the elegant Palazzo Parisio with its stunning gardens. While amenities are nearby, a car is highly recommended for exploring Malta comfortably.
I am semi-retired and have been welcoming holidaymakers to Malta for over 20 years. I live nearby and am always happy to help guests with local tips and advice to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.

A week in Malta.
By Jo on 20-Mar-2025A very comfortable apt with all we needed. The welcome pack was much appreciated. The hosts were very helpful and on hand to answer any questions and queries. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice and clean. Naxxar is nearby and walkable and had a good selection of restaurants and shops. The apt was in a quiet area and a good place to explore the island as no where was too far.

Fabulous villa
