A very special holiday accommodation and location.The villa is ideally situated , half way between the Appeninni mountains and the Adriatic sea ; Close to shops, restaurants, and yet so peaceful in the countryside of unspoilt Marche .
The villa owners , an English couple , is much loved by the family, friends and guests.

Both local red -Lacrima and white -Verdicchio wines are of D.O.C quality ;They can be pre-ordered by our guests ready for your arrival .
The beach at Senigallia has the finest sand in Europe and is safe for children, with amenities for them and adults .

The well equipped kitchen is big enough for family cooking. Granite worktops and shelves + centre island. Large gas /electric cooker and 2 fridge freezers. Ninja Air Fryer Microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, dishwasher ,orange juicer and capsule coffee maker ..
The granite dining table seats 12 plus 2 high chairs.
There is comfortable seating in the lounge. along with a circular games table with 4 bucket seats , TV with wifi connections and Wifi printer.
