Villa and Farmhouse on a private estate available all year. The Villa is situated in the Le Marche rolling countryside 10 minutes drive from the lovely village of Sant' Angelo in Pontano, where there are restaurants, a supermarket, tennis courts and all local facilities. The coast is an hours drive away, and there are walking trails from the Villa. There are two properties the Villa sleeps 8 and the Farmhouse sleeps 4, all bedrooms are ensuite with an infinity pool and large gardens which boast a bar area, a Bocce court, a vineyard and mountain views.

Villa and Farmhouse with Housekeeper, on private estate available all year The Villa and Farmhouse will accommodate a maximum of 12 people and all bedrooms have en-suite facilities. The Villa and farmhouse have separate facilities, and lends itself to sharing families. The Villa and farmhouse are both fully equipped for alfresco dining and both have superbly equipped kitchens. There is also an outside kitchen for alfresco dining. There is a 12m x 6m tiled Infinity pool and outside shower room with amazing views of the Sibilini mountains. The kitchen in the Villa farmhouse is comprehensively equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, double oven, hob and espresso coffee machines. There is a housekeeper who visits five mornings a week to attend to the swimming pool and gardens. She is very happy to answer any questions you may have. The Villa & Farmhouse together have six bedrooms all ensuite, a comfortable lounge, gorgeous dining room, and kitchen with every possible convenience, and a separate laundry room. The Farmhouse has a lounge/dining room complete with 4 seat oak dining table and chairs. All bedrooms have king size beds with high quality mattresses and pillows, except the top floor bedroom in the Villa which has two single beds suitable for children, the six bedrooms will accommodate twelve people in total. Fans are provided in the bedrooms, but due to the thickness of the external walls the house stays reasonably cool. Both properties open onto beautiful open air dining areas with sun loungers around the amazing infinity pool. There is WiFi with boosters to most rooms, TV with all English and Sky channels including Sky Sports, and over 1000 films, and there is also a Bose docking station for your own music, all in the main villa. Both seated pergola dining areas have have their own BBQ, sun loungers, and table and chairs. There is a boules court and gazebo with wicker chairs, an olive grove a vineyard, and a fully stocked honesty bar. The local village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano is less than a five minute drive and is situated within the golden triangle of Le Marche, famed for outstanding beauty. The village has four restaurants, supermarket, three bars, bakers, pharmacy, butchers and ironmongers. The Sibillini mountains are forty minutes drive, and the beach 30 mins with safe bathing, sun chairs and parasols. We have three local airports all served by Ryanair, the closest being Ancona which is one hour away, with Pescara and Perugia ninety minutes away. Rome and Bologna airports are approximately three hours away and are served by all major airlines. Le Marche is Italys best kept secret, a must to visit! Total price for rental of both properties is from £4000 to £5000 per week depending on the season.
Arrival time is from 4pm and the housekeeper will meet all new guests in person. Departure is by 10am
Le Marche is served by Ancona airport one hours drive away, and the Villa is accessed via the Contrada Colline and Contrada Vallestanca
25% deposit on acceptance of booking, and the balnce is payable one month prior to the holiday dates.

By Peter Unwin on 24-Jul-202210/10 Posted Aug 10, 2022 Fabulous family holiday with three generations in a wonderful villa in abeautiful part of Italy This is a beautiful, spacious and tastefully renovated villa. The infinity pool was a great focus for family fun and has the best views of the many villas we have stayed in in Italy. Our family loves cooking and we made great use of the terrific outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The housekeeper Oriana and her husband Eugenio, who tends the pool, were delightful and fantastically helpful in advice ranging from places to go to, restaurants to eat in, and the best pharmacy to help with my injured knee! The area itself is a delight, with the seaside in easy reach, lots of hill top towns to visit, and the beautiful Sibillini mountains 40 minutes away. It was extremely hot during our stay, with temperatures up to 40 degrees, and if there were improvements I was looking to make I would suggest more shade around the pool and mosquito nets in the farmhouse annex so that windows there could be opened more easily. Overall a fantastic property and we hope to be back.

A Relaxed Holiday

Die Ruhe und Schönheit der Umgebung haben uns sofort in den Entspannungsmodus versetzt. Besonders beeindruckend war der große Infinity-Pool, in dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben, während wir den schönen Blick auf die Landschaft genossen haben. Die Villa ist perfekt ausgestattet, um wirklich abzuschalten. Besonders toll fanden wir die Vielzahl an Kühlschränken, die es uns ermöglichten, immer ausreichend kalte Getränke griffbereit zu haben. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, und der BBQ-Bereich im Freien war ein echtes Highlight – ideal für entspannte Grillabende unter freiem Himmel. Die Schlafzimmer waren sehr komfortabel, mit Kingsize-Betten und hochwertigen Matratzen, die für erholsamen Schlaf sorgten. Der separate Waschraum und die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie der Essbereich im Freien und die Liegestühle rund um den Pool haben das Ganze abgerundet. Insgesamt war es eine perfekte Woche voller Entspannung, und wir können diese Villa jedem empfehlen, der dem Alltag entfliehen und in wunderschöner Umgebung die Seele baumeln lassen möchte.

Die überdachte Terrasse war bei Regen perfekt, ebenso die Außenküche. Abseits des großen Trubels gelegen. Perfekt für ruhige, entspannte Ferientage.
