Lavender House | Sleeps 6 to 10 | from £910.00 per weekPLEASE NOTE that the prices given are for 6-10 people. Should your group be less than 6 (i.e. up to 5 guests) there is a lower rate per night, with the exception of bookings between 4th July 2026 and 5th September 2026.
Lavender House is a spacious fully air-conditioned home ideal for large groups or families. Located in the northwest of Kefalonia near Fiskardo, the property enjoys beautiful views over the Ionian Sea as well as glorious west coast sunsets and is just a 5 minute drive from two beaches, Alaties Beach and Agia Jerusalem, both have a taverna.
On the raised terrace is a large kidney shaped pool, BBQ with fridge and sink as well as plenty of room for sun-beds and umbrellas. This is a lovely area to sunbathe, eat alfresco under the shaded pergola or watch the sun go down over the Ionian Sea.
Decorated throughout in neutral colours, this stylish house has a wonderful, airy open-plan living room, kitchen and dining space. Doors open out from the living area on to a shaded terrace.
There is a well equipped kitchen and a dining table big enough to seat 10. Adjacent to the open plan area is a smaller, more intimate quiet space where you can relax, read a book or enjoy a snooze, and also has a sofa-bed. A useful utility room with washing machine.
The master bedroom is situated on the ground floor and has an en-suite bathroom (shower over bath & W.C.). Doors lead out from the bedroom on to a terrace. Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom that share a separate shower room with a W.C. On the first floor is a double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, these bedrooms share a separate bathroom (with shower over) with a W.C. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.

What a wonderful experience
By John on 01-Jul-2019Just back from 10 days from a family holiday in Lavender House and what a wonderful experience it was. The house is furnished to really high standard, spacious, and if anything the pictures don't do justice to the large living area/kitchen, which got lots of "wows" from the kids when we first walked in. It's ideally situated with gorgeous beaches and Fiskardo about a 10 min drive away, and Assos and Myrtos Beach about 20 - 25 mins away. Fern and her team were amazing throughout, with a very welcome platter of food (and wine!) on arrival and always really quick to respond to any queries - rooms and pool were kept faultlessly clean throughout. This really is a fabulous place to stay, especially for larger parties. A truly amazing location - thanks Fern!

By Brian on 01-Jul-2021This villa is very big and beautiful! It was well stocked with everything you need. Nice new appliances and bathrooms. All the airconditioning worked amazingly well, so no worries at all staying in the hottest part of Summer. Check in was super easy. Ips is based out of the UK, so the management company is not local - however, communication was excellent and very responsive. They have a local manager just 10 mins away - we had an issue with the lights not coming on in the pool area and pool, and the within one phone call, the house manager was over within 15 minutes of notifing Ips to fix the problem - GREAT SERVICE!! It is a bit of a drive down the mountain to Fiskardo - about 15 minutes, but not bad at all. Plus, you can explore some nice tavernas and other shops in the smaller towns along the way like Markoulata. Markets and gas stations only 5 mins drive from house which made grocery shopping super convenient! This house is absolutely wonderful - I highly recommend it. I also VERY HIGHLY recommend you rent a boat from Regina's Boat Rentals in Fiskardo and explore hiddden / private beaches only accessible by boat - especially across the way to Ithaki island - absolutley amazing and an unforgettable experience. Regina is SO NICE and will help you with all you need to know about running ht eboat and where to take it for the best places. Book the Lavendar House - you won't regret it!!
