Description
LocationVilla is set face to sea with private location ensures peace and serenity with nature and pine trees surrounding. A short 5 minute drive away is the main port town of Patitiri, with all its amenities such as shops, supermarkets and restaurants. For those who like to walk, a foot path is from villa to vithisma and to megalo Mourtia which will take you 10 or 15 minute walk. Megalo mourtia has also a nice beach with tavernas that line the waters edge and is one of the best place for sea food on the island.

Close to the South – east tip of Alonissos, a five-minute drive from Patitiri, Villa sits just above the water’s edge.
Views from the villa’s terraces are outstanding and incorporate the two little islands of "Two Adelfia" and the open sea beyond.
Set amongst pine trees the villa enjoys tranquillity and seclusion. Pathways lead down to a private jetty, with steps to the sea water pool built out of the rocks. This particular part of the island’s undeveloped coastline is a fascinating area to discover with mask and snorkel.
The hiring of a private boat with outboard engine is recommended for trips to nearby deserted beaches.
The villa is spacious and opens out on to large verandas and terraces bordered by oleander ’olive and pine trees.

The sea water pool has lights fitted for night swimming.
The villa is very private and stands just above the sea,private bay,ideal for snork ling, fishing The best of the villa is the great verandas with the sea so close at hand, and around pine trees.
Next to kitchen there is a barbecue area furnished with outdoor table and chairs to lunch under a big pine tree or to dine under the stars at night.

Great villa on the sea!
By Richard M on 20-Sep-2019We had a wonderful stay. Five adults fit comfortably in his villa. It has lots of different outdoor spaces. Great to have the cleaner twice a week too. Sadly the sea was a bit too rough for us most days but there are plenty of good beaches nearby if you have a car. Patitiri and the old town are also 5-10 minutes away.

By Plamen H on 11-Sep-2018We stayed in Kleopatra's house from September 2nd till September 11th, 2018. The property is beautiful, location is stunning. Our host Kleopatra started taking care about us two weeks before our arrival (really!) when she informed us about an expected seafarers strike on Setpember 03rd, 2018 so we could change our arrival date and arrive safely before the strike ( which really happened and was prolonged to 48 hours instead of initially declared 24 hours). Thank you once again, Kleopatra! The kitchen is fully equipped for a home cooking lovers. The beach area is great organized and there are two bays for amaizing snorcheling expeditions. The sea was super clean and clear. Alonissos island is an absolutely unspoiled place, with a beautiful nature and crystal clean waters around exotic beaches. All in all,a stunning island, a beautiful house and absolutely great host Kleopatra!

By Karine D on 18-Aug-2018Maison d’architecte des années 70, bien équipée, elle est idéalement située, à l’écart de l’agitation du port et des commerces mais seulement à 1,5km, dans une rue en impasse. La vue est magnifique, et elle dispose d’un accès privé à la mer. Nous avons apprécié son style, ses terrasses, pouvoir sauter à l’eau pour se rafraîchir, nager ou observer les poissons, la piscine d’eau de mer. Par dessus tout, nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de Kleopatra et son aide précieuse et efficace dans l’organisation de notre séjour (location de voiture, de bateau, réservations ... ). Avec Kleopatra, c’est la garantie d’un séjour réussi !!
