The apartment is within walking distance of all Florence main attractions. Nearby there are 2 tram stations with the closest being LAVAGNINI POLIZIANO with STROZZI -FALLACI nearby. The large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, kettle, microwave a balcony to sit out on, allows meals to be prepared and eaten in the separate dining room. Food can be bought or eaten in the nearby Mercato Centrale https://www.mercatocentrale.com/florence/ . Air conditioning in addition to the shutters keep the apartment cool in the summer and the heating warm in the winter. It is in a great location and within a short walk to so many fabulous sites. Our host Monica was super nice and so very helpful and accommodating to any of our needs. This place had everything you would need . It was exactly as the photos are on this site. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone I know who is planning on coming to Florence to visit. The well-appointed kitchen had a washing machine and dish washer. The apartment also had a dining room to seat 6. Air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room was terrific during warm nights. The location was about a 25 minute walk to the Uffizi Gallery. The landlord's representative was responsive and quick. A lovely place to stay. We never used the garage.” — gnforsyth Halifax, Canada.
