Stunning, tranquil and secluded villa situated in the heart of the Umbrian countryside in a wild flower meadow along a private lane. Garden designed to enjoy the sunrise and sunset over the infinity pool. Plenty of room for both outside (two shaded areas) and inside entertaining (a large open plan kitchen/dining area) in peaceful surroundings. Sleeping arrangements-double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, 2 further twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two Sofa beds available in living area.Situated close to the centre of Italy just half an hour from Perugia airport. Located a short walk from the local village of Montone which offers bars, excellent restaurants and local shops. Umbria is an undiscovered gem of a region and although easily accessible via air (Ryanair to Perugia) ..It is unspoilt by tourism and offers a genuine taste of Italy. Casella sleeps from 6 adults with maximum 2 children very comfortably.

Dreamed Place
By Romain Syed on 29-Aug-2021The house is in the middle of Umbria's campaign, two minutes away from the lovely village of Montone. The landscape is amazing and the house very well furnished. The place is very quiet and exclusive. If you want to spend time reading books, sunbathing and enjoying Umbria's treasures, Gill's house is your dreamed place (it's even more charming in real life than in pictures).

We particularly enjoyed the visits to Assisi, Perugia, Gubbio and we even went to Siena and the Tuscan hills. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the house of the barbecue, terraces, garden and of course the superb infinity swimming pool !!!
