Villa Zefyros is registered with and licenced by, the Republic of Cyprus, Deputy Ministry of Tourism, Self-service Accommodation. Registration Licence: AEMAK - PAF - 0002553 Villa Zefyros, owned and personally managed by Keith and Wendy Watkins, is a beautifully furnished three-bedroom villa sleeping up to four persons (children five-year-old and above), with a private infinity/vanishing edge swimming pool and a secluded garden. All rooms have free air conditioning, free central heating and insect screens. A substantial welcome pack is provided. The villa is on an exclusive small development with a private gated road situated 125 metres (410 feet) above sea level with spectacular, panoramic views of Chrysochou Bay and the natural, protected Akamas Peninsula. The traditional 300 year-old Cypriot village of Neo Chorio is within walking distance and Latsi (Latchi) harbour, beaches, restaurants and shops are a few minutes drive away. The villa has ample outside furniture including a dining table, chairs, a large fixed shade, a gas BBQ, sun loungers, sun umbrellas and a pergola. The open plan ground floor has a living and dining area with very comfortable furnishings, TV, DVD, CD, MP3 Player/iPod dock. The Internet TV system has a vast quantity of international television channels and radio stations, as well as video channels with over 11,000 films! There is also a collection of books. The fully fitted kitchen includes an oven, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, two microwaves and a dish washer. A ground floor bedroom has bunk beds, fitted wardrobes and a massage chair and it opens onto a small verandah with direct access to the garden. There is an adjoining toilet with a wash basin and shower cubicle. Upstairs the stunning master bedroom with a four poster bed has fitted wardrobes and an ensuite bathroom, with a bath, shower, toilet and wash basin. There is a safe for guests' valuables. This bedroom opens onto a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool and garden and has chairs and sun loungers. A second upstairs double bedroom has fitted wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin and it opens onto a small balcony. Spiral stairs from the first floor balcony leads to a roof terrace "Sunset Bar" with a wooden bench table to enjoy the magnificent 360 degree views of the Akamas Peninsula, Chrysochou Bay, Latsi (Latchi) Harbour, Polis Chrysochou, the coastline around to Pomos and the hills of Pafos Forest.49 Reviews

By James and Bex G on 17-Mar-2025We had a fantastic week at Villa Zefyros. It was our first visit to Cyprus and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. The Villa is stunning, perfect location with beautiful views. It was really a luxurious home from home with every detail thought about and provided! It was extremely comfortable. The welcome basket/provisions were exceptional. Keith & Wendy met us when we arrived and showed us around the villa. Their communication was excellent throughout. We went at this time of year so we could immerse ourselves amongst the numerous hiking trails which were on the doorstep. The wildflowers were stunning, a really lovely time of year to come. Our weather was mixed but predominantly sunny and warm, perfect for hiking. We would love to come back and hopefully will manage this next year, we will definitely be booking again with Keith & Wendy. Just a huge thank you to them for such a perfect week.
What a fantastic Villa
By Adam Jay on 26-Oct-2024We had a brilliant 8 days at Villa Zefyros during the October half term holiday. There was my wife and I and our twin boys (6 years old). The Villa met our needs perfectly with plenty of indoor & outdoor space, stunning views and all the facilities you could possibly need. The TV had many channels and even several kids ones to keep the little ones entertained in the evening. The outside store had inflatables, pool noodles, beach balls and other games. Latchi harbour is an easy 3-4 minute car journey and has a wide choice of bars, restaurants and a few shops. We greatly enjoyed having our lunch there, people watching and seeing the boats coming & going. Overall a spotlessly clean villa, well managed by Keith & Wendy and definitely recommended! Many Thanks

We were met by Keith & Wendy who welcomed us and showed us around the villa plus giving some helpful tips on places to visit. The villa is exceptionally clean, comfortable and beautifully furnished. We will definitely be back.

By Andrew A on 28-Oct-2024We had a very relaxing week at Villa Zefyros. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and contained everything needed for our holiday. All appliances are good quality with a good TV and entertainment centre with access to many tv channels and movies. The location was easy to find following the provided instructions with a local taverna a few minutes walk and local shop 15 minutes away by foot. 5 minutes to the harbour and beach by car with its restaurants and shops. A lovely view from the impressive pool but being October it was a little cool for lazing in (18deg). Keith and Wendy are consummate hosts for whom nothing is too much trouble and live close by to give that personal touch when checking in. Highly recommended for an enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of Cyprus. Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy.

На вилле было абсолютно все, что нам могло потребоваться, и даже больше. Хочу отметить великолепный вид с виллы на море и город - фотографии на сайте полностью соответствуют действительности но не могут передать всей красоты, которую мы наблюдали, находясь там.
