Description
With a traditional stone exterior and modern spacious interiors our brand new detached villas have much to offer.The car is useful and we would like to inform you that rent a car service is available in our villas with full insurance.Here you will enjoy privacy, serenity and spectacular views to the East coast, the mainland and the city of Corfu.
Hillside houses such as these offer a retreat from busy roads and crowded beaches, with the added benefit of mountain breezes.
Both villas are built to the same high standard and provide all modern facilities and amenities.
Although close to each other, villa Marianthi and villa Zeta, are two independent, free-standing villas and ensure total privacy.
Indoors
The villas are set over two floors with an open plan layout.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area which leads onto the furnished, shaded balcony that offers spectacular views of the east coast, Albania and Corfu town to the south.
The ground floor flows out to the pool and terrace. For easy access a WC is also available on this floor.
The top floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with their own en-suite facilities and French doors that lead onto a balcony, which is shaded and furnished. From this level the views can only be described as commanding.
Outdoors
The ground floor flows out to an exterior private pool (7m x 4m, 0.8m – 1.8m deep) and terrace which both offer spectacular views of the east coast, Albania and Corfu town to the south.
The built-in barbecue and dining/sitting area on the terrace, under a covered pergola, offers an idyllic place for alfresco dining.

Up here, against the shoulder of Mount Pantokratos, it's easy to hear the gods playing with mortals. The views across the bay below, all the way to Corfu City and, to the left, to Albania, made my spirit soar. I could BREATHE hear; the light, the atmosphere, the place itself, raised me back to face the world of business again. Thank you, Eirina and Dora. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully looked after, and your friendliness a delight. I will be back!
The perfect location to relax and feast your eyes

At night, after the sunset and a refreshing bath in the pool, we sat there admiring the beauty of the eastern coast, the sea, and the surrounding hills. A glass of Greek wine and fresh fish from the barbecue decisively contributed to make these moments unforgettable. The location is truly quiet and ideal to relax. The picturesque beaches and the atmospheric tavernas are easy to reach by car. What made this holiday even more pleasant was the kindness and the helpfulness of the owners, Eirini and Dora.

The villa was perfect, beautifully positioned with unbelievable views, privacy, space, quality and all the mod cons. The owners were on hand, very friendly and helpful speaking excellent English. The area is quiet and picturesque with lots of little shops, an abundance of quality taverns and easy to reach beaches and views. The villa is surprisingly spacious and is very accurately photographed and described – a pleasant surprise. It was clean, everything worked, and the views simply have to be seen to be believed. We will definitely be returning and I would enthusiastically recommend these Villas to anyone.
Beautiful villa
By Gail B on 03-Oct-2013We stayed at Villa Marianthi in August/September this year. We absolutely loved the villa and it had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. We loved the balcony which had very comfy chairs to relax and admire the view from, which is stunning. The outside space is lovely too and we had a few great bbq nights. The village is lovely as it remains unspoilt by tourism and has a few lovely tavernas (Anthi's) lovely food and very friendly . Everything is within walking distance but the villa is up quite a steep hill so can be tricky pushing a pushchair up the hill (although this nan and granddad did manage to) or would be difficult for the very elderly but saying this we were given lifts from the owners of the supermarket (Katerina's) and the taverna back to the villa which was brilliant and no problem if you hire a car. This was a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend it. Last but not least I must say the owners Eirini and Dora were absolutely fab. They were so helpful and kept the villa spotless - thank you Eirini and Dora for making our holiday so special.
Breathtaking views, wonderful hosts!
By ScottJenGraceSophie on 12-May-2014We stayed at villa Marianthi during the Easter holidays and although the weather wasn't as kind as we would have liked we loved everything about this Villa and it's owners Irini and Dora! Thank you for being so very kind and welcoming to us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is very peaceful and the views are truely breathtaking, our girls loved watching the swifts swoop down and have a sip of water from the pool! If the weather is on your side you have no need to ever leave this place as there is everything you could possibly require! We did hire a car however and drove up the North East Coast to explore all the coves and beaches, a different beach everyday! We were apprehensive as first time drivers abroad, especially with two young children but the roads are very easy, we had no problems. Every local person we came across was so very warm and welcoming. You won't regret booking this villa or visiting North East Corfu, it's beautiful and so are its people :-)
Absolutely fantastic
By 1000Florence1000 on 05-Sep-2014An absolutely beautiful villa ( and exceptionally well cared for and clean) that felt like home from home yet cleaner! The hosts are wonderful , friendly people and the villa reflects this. We stayed for 2 weeks and totally relaxed. The surrounding area is beautiful , the views are breathtaking and a short drive offers superb Tavernas and beaches. Although there is a villa next door ( also owned by Irini and Dora) each villa is extremely private. We are considering renting both next time in order to holiday with friends and family. As a family, we cannot recommend staying here enough, there is absolutely everything you need here in the villa and Nissaki to relax, to tour, to be on the beach, to hire a boat, to eat out...the list goes on ! Highly recommend !
