With a traditional stone exterior and modern spacious interiors our brand new detached villas have much to offer. Here you will enjoy privacy, serenity and spectacular views to the East coast, the mainland and the city of Corfu. Hillside houses such as these offer a retreat from busy roads and crowded beaches, with the added benefit of mountain breezes. Both villas are built to the same high standard and provide all modern facilities and amenities. Although close to each other, villa Marianthi and villa Zeta, are two independent, free-standing villas and ensure total privacy. Indoors The villas are set over two floors with an open plan layout. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area which leads onto the furnished, shaded balcony that offers spectacular views of the east coast, Albania and Corfu town to the south. The ground floor flows out to the pool and terrace. For easy access a WC is also available on this floor. The top floor has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with their own en-suite facilities and French doors that lead onto a balcony, which is shaded and furnished. From this level the views can only be described as commanding. Outdoors The ground floor flows out to an exterior private pool (7m x 4m, 0.8m – 1.8m deep) and terrace which both offer spectacular views of the east coast, Albania and Corfu town to the south. The built-in barbecue and dining/sitting area on the terrace, under a covered pergola, offers an idyllic place for alfresco dining. If you have any questions or special requirements please don’t hesitate to ask. We’d be happy to help.

What an amazing place to stay. Irini and Dora are so friendly and helpful. The villa and pool and very clean and well equipped. We cooked on the bbq every night and had everything we needed. The views are amazing. We went into Corfu town which is about 30/40 min drive and hired a boat for the day at Fontas boats in Nissaki. What an amazing villa and hosts.

A belated review but having just returned from a 10night stay in the Algarve for €160pn I now have something to compare villa marianthi when we stayed for 10nights also in may , well there isn't any comparison it's just showed us how lucky we were to stay at this villa also how wonderfully warm the sisters made us welcome and you can't help but respect the villa as it's completely private with breathtaking views ,we also didn't have a car but the supermarket delivered anything we wanted on a daily basis with a simple text message, clean spacious well maintained and absolutely perfect for complete relaxation ,we are in the process of rebooking for next September and we are going to make it our go to holiday when we want to chill and take in the views ,also down the bottom of the hill there's a bus stop for Corfu town and it cost only €2:40 return ticket and took about half hour to get there ,also a few taverna down there aswel and we had a nice meal and drinks there one evening ,if I could give 11/10 rating then this is definitely it ,faultless holiday and we are defo going back
Absolutely stunning villa

We’ve just come back from a 2 week stay in Villa Marianthi and I can’t tell you how sad we were to leave. The villa and pool are spotless and Irini and Dora available to answer any queries (even silly ones- I sent a photo of some food to ask them what it was!! They answered so quickly and so happy to help!!).
It’s up a hill but that made it even better for us- we felt like we were away from all the bustle and everything is only a super short drive away (or walk or even better walk down to Taverna Roumeli for dinner and the owner will drive you back up the hill afterwards!)
Also hugely recommend Hermes Car hire. No quibble no fuss and they deliver to the villa. Do get a small car or else the driving around Corfu can be tricky! We had loads of luggage (never travel light!) so got a large cab to the villa from the airport.
What else can i say? The balcony’s outside the bedroom and front room/kitchen have gorgeous views all round. There were plenty of towels/bedding and kitchen things.
All in all a fab holiday and we absolutely loved Corfu.

We stayed here for a week in early September. It is an amazing villa, with stunningly beautiful views. It is well equipped, spacious and in very good condition, Eirina and Dora were there to meet us when we arrived, and were so helpful, welcoming and friendly. We made the most of the great outdoor space and having the pool was a bonus. When you first arrive, the narrow and very steep hill is a bit daunting to drive up, but you soon get used to it. We walked down the hill several times, and ate at two local taverna's (Vitamins and Roumeli's).They were very friendly and the food was excellent. Both gave us a lift up the hill to the villa after we had spent the evening there! We regularly used the local supermarket (Aphrodites), and the bakery and coffee shop attached. Barbara was always there to help you and they all spoke great English. We found all the local people just so friendly and welcoming. It was such a great week, we've already booked to go back next year!
Little Piece of heaven with incredible views and lovely helpful owners.

The pictures don't really justify the beautiful views available from this villa. Once the sun comes onto the terrace and pool area it could not be more perfect. The pool and terrace is more or less completely private with open views down the mountain to Nissaki and Kalamati beaches. From the terrace off the lounge there are views across the bay to Corfu town. The drive up to the villa was initially a bit scary in my underpowered hire car and seemingly too narrow road but we soon got used to it and realised there were passing places, you just have to be a bit cautious initially. We started to walk down to the restaurants of Nissaki for a late lunch and walk up, it is a hard walk up if you are unfit, make sure you have water with you and walk in the shade and you will be fine. All the restaurants we ate in were fine, highlights were Glyfa, Romellis and Vitamins all of which we ate at twice. Vangelis from Romelli's will give you a lift home if you ask, as you don't really want to even consider driving up if you have had a drink! I really would not recommend eating at Mitsos, we came off the beach for a drink when it was virtually empty and they would not serve us a drink as we were not dining there, strange, strange people. Just across the road from Mitsos up a little flight of stairs is Isla, the food here is very good and staff freindly. Irini and Dora the sisters who own the Villa (and one next to it) could not have been more helpful, any problem we had, one text later they or their Mum were there. They also have some good tips for eating and things to do but by and large they are the restaurants I've already listed. We will definitely be back. One tip would be stock up in a supermarket in Corfu town as local ones are quite well stocked but wine will probably be a lot cheaper in a bigger one. Our only critiscm would be the coffee machine is very slow! But I adjusted to even that after a few days at the greek pace of life. If you like nice views and enjoy lounging around in the sun Chillin, you will find it very hard to beat this place. Thanks Irini and Dora, xxx
Peaceful haven in the best part of Corfu

Stayed at Villa Marianthi 9 days and simply loved it! The villa met all our expectations, I recommend it to anyone who seeks a place with some own peace but in a location where you can reach different parts of Corfu easily. Owners are very helpful and warmhearted and the villa is well kept. A car is needed but do not let the road up to the villa scare you, once you are up, the view makes you forget everything else! Enjoy!

Superb Villa, view and owners
By Simon E on 03-Nov-2015
Stayed one week here in October. The Villa is ten times better then the pictures. The owners left us a bottle of wine, bread and milk when we arrived late on the arrival night.
The view is worth the price alone.
The villa is high up in the mountain so its good exersise to get down to the shops and beach. The lady at the local shop brought us our groceries by car up to the villa.
a stunning, beautiful, relaxing villa

When we book our hols, we spend ages making sure we research thoroughly.. and i have to say there is no way we were disappointed at all.. in fact, the photo's don't do this villa and the surrounding views any justice whatsoever.
The villa was spotless, air con was amazing (most important if you are going in August), the sofa very comfy, i didn't realise there was an ensuite shower room and toilet for both bedrooms - so this was a lovely surprise !!.. plus the toilet downstairs, ideal for a family of 4 !!!
the pool was sparkling, views breathtaking.. we loved sitting with our glass of wine staring out over the sea and mountains.
because we were so high up, i didn't actually notice the heat very much..
there is a steep climb (in the car) to the villa - but because we always get a private villa in the mountains, this posed no problems at all.. i'd much rather the view and the steep climb !!!
Dora and Eirini were amazing hosts... the wifi was a bit spotty in some places when we arrived.. but luckily they sorted this out for us (kids were very happy) !.. because our flight wasn't until later that night, they let us move into the other villa .. we made sure we didn't make any mess.. and left as we found it....(I know some other clients didn't do the same..which is pretty rude really)....
we are not overlooked at all... (if you go to the far corner of the pool you can look up and see another villa in the mountains.... but i never saw anybody there at all....and the villa next door, albeit quiet near, we didn't see them as their pool was on the other side of their villa.. so it was extremely private !
i would highly recommend this place..as nisakki is stunning.. and corfu is so small everywhere we drove seemed to take only 25 mins !!!! West to East, to North, to airport !! perfect !!!!
A paradise in Corfu
By Intimatetraveller on 05-Jul-2015
We stayed in the second villa "Zeta" This bright and airy villa is perfectly situated to enjoy the panoramic view of the Mediterranean. My wife and I found it hard to leave the villa and pool to do some sightseeing. You can live in the fantastic pool area with undercover area alone. There are many beaches nearby with beautiful water for a swim or a photo. Nissaki beach below the villa was our favourite. Taverna Agni to the north is a must for lunch, dinner or just a drink. The sisters that own and manage the villa are very friendly and helpful. Next time we return to Corfu we will be staying in one of these villas, we wish we could live in one. Everything inside and out is extremely comfortable with everything you need for your stay. There is a Lidl about half-way from the airport on the left (good place to get some supplies on your way to self-cater in the villa). The villa is on a little windy road about 800 meters from the main road and is easy to find if you follow the owners' great directions.
Quiet calm and beautiful views

Lovely private villa with lots of space inside and a perfect terrace overlooking the sea. Bbq area and a great kitchen with double doors opening up on to the balcony where you can sit and eat breakfast. We had a quad bike so it was easy to go up and down the hill and to get down to the sea - a handful of charming tavernas including one that sits right on the water!! Fresh fish, incredible service. Would highly recommend going in May or June as its warm/hot and not too busy.

An absolutely beautiful villa ( and exceptionally well cared for and clean) that felt like home from home yet cleaner! The hosts are wonderful , friendly people and the villa reflects this. We stayed for 2 weeks and totally relaxed. The surrounding area is beautiful , the views are breathtaking and a short drive offers superb Tavernas and beaches. Although there is a villa next door ( also owned by Irini and Dora) each villa is extremely private. We are considering renting both next time in order to holiday with friends and family. As a family, we cannot recommend staying here enough, there is absolutely everything you need here in the villa and Nissaki to relax, to tour, to be on the beach, to hire a boat, to eat out...the list goes on ! Highly recommend !
Breathtaking views, wonderful hosts!

We stayed at villa Marianthi during the Easter holidays and although the weather wasn't as kind as we would have liked we loved everything about this Villa and it's owners Irini and Dora! Thank you for being so very kind and welcoming to us during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is very peaceful and the views are truely breathtaking, our girls loved watching the swifts swoop down and have a sip of water from the pool! If the weather is on your side you have no need to ever leave this place as there is everything you could possibly require! We did hire a car however and drove up the North East Coast to explore all the coves and beaches, a different beach everyday! We were apprehensive as first time drivers abroad, especially with two young children but the roads are very easy, we had no problems. Every local person we came across was so very warm and welcoming. You won't regret booking this villa or visiting North East Corfu, it's beautiful and so are its people :-)

We stayed at Villa Marianthi in August/September this year. We absolutely loved the villa and it had everything needed to make our stay very comfortable. We loved the balcony which had very comfy chairs to relax and admire the view from, which is stunning. The outside space is lovely too and we had a few great bbq nights. The village is lovely as it remains unspoilt by tourism and has a few lovely tavernas (Anthi's) lovely food and very friendly . Everything is within walking distance but the villa is up quite a steep hill so can be tricky pushing a pushchair up the hill (although this nan and granddad did manage to) or would be difficult for the very elderly but saying this we were given lifts from the owners of the supermarket (Katerina's) and the taverna back to the villa which was brilliant and no problem if you hire a car. This was a lovely holiday and I would definitely recommend it. Last but not least I must say the owners Eirini and Dora were absolutely fab. They were so helpful and kept the villa spotless - thank you Eirini and Dora for making our holiday so special.
Wow - a magnificent villa, honestly and accurately advertised - Superb.

We simply cannot wait to go back having had an all round fabulous experience. The villa was perfect, beautifully positioned with unbelievable views, privacy, space, quality and all the mod cons. The owners were on hand, very friendly and helpful speaking excellent English. The area is quiet and picturesque with lots of little shops, an abundance of quality taverns and easy to reach beaches and views. The villa is surprisingly spacious and is very accurately photographed and described – a pleasant surprise. It was clean, everything worked, and the views simply have to be seen to be believed. We will definitely be returning and I would enthusiastically recommend these Villas to anyone.
The perfect location to relax and feast your eyes

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. At night, after the sunset and a refreshing bath in the pool, we sat there admiring the beauty of the eastern coast, the sea, and the surrounding hills. A glass of Greek wine and fresh fish from the barbecue decisively contributed to make these moments unforgettable. The location is truly quiet and ideal to relax. The picturesque beaches and the atmospheric tavernas are easy to reach by car. What made this holiday even more pleasant was the kindness and the helpfulness of the owners, Eirini and Dora.
Absolutely brilliant; can't speak highly enough!

The most breathtaking holiday spot I have ever been in, coupled with a beautiful villa, and hosted by two Greek goddesses. Up here, against the shoulder of Mount Pantokratos, it's easy to hear the gods playing with mortals. The views across the bay below, all the way to Corfu City and, to the left, to Albania, made my spirit soar. I could BREATHE hear; the light, the atmosphere, the place itself, raised me back to face the world of business again. Thank you, Eirina and Dora. The villa was spotlessly clean, beautifully looked after, and your friendliness a delight. I will be back!
