We fell in love with in Northern Cyprus in 1999 and started building our villa in 2004, watching it being built over the next 12 months.
This is a home from home for us and we spend as much time as we can there, when we can get time away from work in the UK, to recharge our batteries. In the summer months the garden is a sea of colour from all the exotic plants we are able to grow. To go and pick fresh fruit from the garden is always a thrill.
We have tried to provide everything that you may need to enjoy the perfect holiday and from the feedback we receive - we think we have achieved this!
Beyaz Ev is set in large established gardens with fruit trees, vines and fragrant plants. Steps lead up from the garden to the pool terrace. On the ground floor, there is a large open plan living room/kitchen, with wood burner, opening on to a covered veranda with dining table and chairs and sofa. There is also a double
(en-suite) bedroom, two further twin bedrooms and family bathroom.
The master bedroom can be found on the first floor. This room has a large terrace with sunbeds and sofa with superb views of the Besparmak mountains and historic Bellapais Abbey.
Beyaz Ev is within walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. It is an ideal base for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. There are many beautiful beaches a short drive away and wonderful walks in the mountains. Car hire is recommended. Weekly clean and change of linen/towels is included in the price as well as towels to use around the fully maintained pool.
The villa has its own 8x4 m horizon overflow pool with extensive, canopied, terraces set in large landscaped gardens with grapefruit, lemon, orange, fig and olive trees. Steps lead to a separate. large barbecue terrace with a traditional barbecue, dining table, chairs and pergola. Shady areas can be found throughout the gardens where you can enjoy a snooze out of the mid-day sun. On the first floor is a lovely shaded terrace, with beautiful views of Bellapais and its historic Abbey, the mountains and the sea. To the rear of the property there is a secluded dining area and two comfortable chairs for those who would like to spend time on their own.
Outside in the well maintained gardens, there are additional dining areas, barbecue, sun loungers, umbrellas and shaded canopied areas. There is also a separate outside loo and shower for added convenience.
Facilities include air-conditioning in all bedrooms and fan heaters for winter evenings. Blue-tooth ipod docking station, free wifi, mobile phone, 2 hair dryers, washing machine, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. A welcome pack is provided on arrival and a management team is on hand in the event of any difficulties.
Prices are per week based on 2 people.
