Modern luxurious 4 bedroom traditional Portuguese villa in a rural setting amongst vineyard, and orchard covered hills, on the edge of a typical Portuguese village. The villa has a fully equipped, modern interior, whilst outside is a garden with private swimming pool, patio, and barbeque areas. There is also use of the communal pool and childrens play area. The medieval town of Obidos is within 5 minutes, and at a similar distance is the bustling spa town of Caldas da Rainha with its shops, market and leafy park. The spectacular sandy beaches of Foz de Arelho and Baleal are 20 minutes away. The nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away, and Lisbon airport is just a 50 minute drive.

with sink, toilet, and bidet.
Downstairs bathroom with jacuzzi bath and shower, Portuguese
stone vanity unit with sink and toilet, and bidet.
Kitchen : Oven / hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, toaster,
dishwasher, iron/ ironing board.
Living room : Spacious living area with Portuguese stone fireplace, leather sofa
and chairs, large pine dining table, and LCD TV, with DVD player.
There is Wi-Fi through-out.
Other : Outdoor chairs and table. Combi
boiler providing continuous hot water. Private off road parking.
Cleaning/ towels/
Linen/maid service : Included is cleaning before and after your visit. All towels
(excluding beach towels) and linen are provided.
Notes on accommodation :
The villa is finished to a high specification, and has its own private swimming pool as well as use of the communal pool (shared with 7 other villas). There is a safe children’s play area. Entrance to the development of eight villas is via electronic gate with video entry. Non - smoking guests only please.

Ideal for sightseeing & grandkids
By Victor Hulbert on 18-Aug-2025A lovely quiet location but conveniently close to many key places we wanted to visit. Very pleasant garden area. Swimming pool had some issues but the agent responded very quickly so our grandchildren enjoyed using the pool. We would definitely stay again.
Fabulous fortnight
By Anne & Nick Parker on 02-Aug-2025We had 2 brilliant weeks here with our 4 teenage/ adult daughters. House was very well equipped and plenty of room for 6 of us. Cooker , tv, wifi and washer were great- never managed to get the dishwasher to work but not a problem for us. Pool looked a little run down on arrival but after a good clean out of leaves it served us perfectly well. ( A new net might help- it was a bit full of holes!) Weather was amazing- hot during day but with a gentle breeze and cool on evening. Location was excellent- near Obidos and coast for beaches , yet also within an hour of Lisbon, Sintra, Tomar, Fatima and Nazare. Visited all of these and more !! Spent several lazy days near pool and others cycling around the area. Brilliant cycle paths/ routes nearby which Duncan recommended. Communication was first class - both before and during the stay- we had a slight problem one morning but a quick call to Duncan solved it quickly.. Very safe and secure, quiet, yet near a lovely town with everything you could want- shops, restaurants, markets, parks etc Would not hesitate to use again in the future. Many thanks indeed making our family holiday such a lovely memorable one!
Summertime Bliss

A wonderful break
By Kesia on 19-Oct-2024What a fantastic place to stay! A well-kept, immaculate home with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. Having two bathrooms was a real plus and the private pool is a lovely little luxury. The location is very serene and easy to get to from Lisbon Airport; we loved having breakfast on the patio each morning! Foz, Caldas and Obidos are all within reach and must visits. All in all, a wonderful stay at a lovely property, thank you so much!

The perfect relaxation needed from a holiday
By Adam Holidaymaker on 05-Oct-2024The week spent in this amazing villa brought nothing but blissful relaxation, quiet farmland and pool and absolute plus! Its a stone's throw froma quiant market town, shops and a peaceful park included. Can't recommend this enough!
