The property is located at Av Da Republica No:27 in the town centre of Olhao, Portugal, a 15 minute drive from Faro airport.
The villa is available for weekly rentals from 1 March through to the 15 November every year. The property is suitable for all age groups - adults- families - multi generational.
CHRISTMAS & NYE 2023 - The property is available to rent for a minimum of 4 nights over the festive period from 22 December onwards. The price is €750 per night based on 7 bedrooms. During this period only 7 bedrooms are available to sleep, plus 1 indoor lounge and 2 bedrooms are off sale.

Room 6 – Super King size bed ( can be divided into 2 twin beds) with a lounge couch – 24 m2. which opens onto the ground floor pool & terrace area.
Upstairs first floor
Room 10 – Super King size bed (can be divided into 2 twin beds) with a lounge couch and double sinks in the bathroom -largest suite in the villa – 30 m2. Doors open onto the first floor terrace area.
Room 11 – King Size bed – 21 m2. Doors open onto the first floor terrace area.
Room 12 – Double bed – 19 m2. Has a French balcony overlooking the main avenue, and doors open onto the first floor terrace area.
Room 14 – King Size bed – 21 m2. Doors open onto the first floor terrace area.
