Our lovely holiday apartment at Vista Das Ondas, is a great place for a summer break or a winter long stay.
Set in the heart of Olhos Da' Agua, close to all amenities , the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, this is a popular space to be in, all year round.

We are on the ground foor, with 2 large terraces, offering plenty of sun in winter and summer.
Fully air conditioned, with unlimited fast fibre optic , streaming TV and winter ready, the 2 terraces has great sun aspect all year round. The apartment is fully furnished, has all bedding , towels, duvets, and is serviced in Winter during the long stays.

The apartment consists of :
Large master bedroom, with King Size bed, fittted wardrobes ,a private en suite with show/bath combo, and a private terrace. There is seating on the terrace for 4.

The second bedroom has twin beds, with a wardrobe and a window over the garden and street.

The lounge, dining area is open plan set up with the fully fitted kitchen. All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided.

The lounge has a terrace with seating /dining furniture.
There is a sofa for 3, a small armchair, a small dining table and chairs and large smart tv , with satellite and streaming services.

We can accommadate 4 adults +2 children(under 12), on portable beds or infant cots, extra costs for more than 4 occupants.
We offer discounts for longer term rentals from 1st October to end May/June, and weekly holiday rentals for the summer .
This is a NO SMOKING/VAPING property.

Happy to arrange airport tranfers, and we are registered for online shopping delivery servies .

Note: As per portugues law, we require all passports or EU identity cards inforamtion. There is a reservation form for this information, which we enter into the PT immigration website. This needs to be done at the time of reservation.
We permit dogs, 2 x maximum, under 20kg, with their relevant travel documents, and extra cost of €75 per dog for steamcleaning purposes.
All damages to the property and garden by your pets will be deducted from the security deposit.
We need notifiation of the dogs presence upon booking , in advance, as there maybe allergy issues for incoming guests.
As part of the Condominuim , the rules will need to be respected, as to noise levels, noisy pets and garden and pool use .
Parking is on the street , a small private car park and private undercover garage( must be reserved in advance)
The resort has a large private swimming pol, with a small children's paddling pool.
There is a safe playing area for the children , with a climbing gym and slide.
There are also tennis court for residents only.

Nearby to the local supermarket, Intermache, numerous local restaurants and bars, and the beach all within a few minutes walk, and open all year round.

Local airport is Faro, 30km away

We offer shipping service if you arrive too late, this must be ordered in advance.
Note: as per the Municipality of Albufeira, there is additional tourist taxes to pay, upon arrival in cash :
€2 per person, per night , upto 7nights, from 1st June to end October
