Description
Villa Pinhal is a large private detached villa with plenty of parking, a large swimming pool and everything you need for a fantastic Portuguese family holiday. On the garden floor there is direct access to the ten by four metre swimming pool surrounded by a huge terrace with sunbeds and outside dining for twelve persons. Directly inside is a summer kitchen, with a dishwasher, microwave and a large fridge freezer, a snooker table, a football table, and further dining for up to twelve persons. Also on this floor is a cinema room, with a huge screen, a bedroom with twin beds a bathroom, plus a gym/exercise room, and a laundry room. Upstairs to the middle floor, there is a large fully fitted kitchen which has direct access to a terrace/balcony with outside dining for twelve, and a barbecue. Here is also an en-suite bedroom with a queen bed, a further shower room, and a huge lounge with seating for twelve,together with a 65" TV and a balcony. On the top floor there are two en-suite bedrooms, plus two more bedrooms and a further bathroom. There is air conditioning throughout the property including every bedroom. Although very close to the shops and the beach, the villa is mainly surrounded by farmland.Outside there is ample secure parking for several cars. Situated in a quiet area, mainly surrounded by farm land, the villa is just five minutes walk to Olhos D'Agua restaurants, and ten minutes to Olhos D'Agua beach. In addition it is just a short car ride to many of the well known water parks and attractions for which Albufeira and the Algarve are famous.
Albufeira Old Town is a short drive or taxi ride. It is just a five minute walk to many shops, including a pharmacy, The nearest supermarket is a little further along the main road. There is a large selection of Restaurants, at least thirty, of all types here, and on the way to the beach, which is just ten minutes from the villa where you will also find several outside cafes, and views stretching all the way to Vilamoura.
The property is spread over three floors, at garden level there is the twin bedroom, and bathroom nearby laundry room, an exercise room, a cinema room, and a large billiard table, Also here is a very large area with a summer kitchen, dining for twelve, snooker table and doors direct to the swimming pool and grounds. Stairs lead up to the middle floor, direct a large hallway, with a terrace off to the left, a fully fitted kitchen which also has double doors opening to another large terrace area with tables and armchairs, and outside dining for twelve. There is an en-suite bedroom, and also a WC/shower room. Here is the front entrance to the villa, and on to a large lounge with a 65 inch TV and seating for twelve and a dining area.. Up to the top floor, there is an en-suite master bedroom, another en-suite bedroom plus two more bedrooms and a family bathroom. More room with single beds for children, cots, high chairs etc. are possible by arrangement. Please ask for more details.
Guests have exclusive use of all the facilities, including the exercise room, cinema room, snooker table, and of course both a formal and summer kitchen, plus an outside barbecue and an 'egg' barbecue. The pool is ten metres by four, and surrounded by a huge terrace. Outside there is also safe covered parking for at least three cars,
Just short distances from the villa are the many attractions for children of all ages, such as Zoomarine, Slide and Splash, Aqualand, and also many types of activities from Albufeira Marina and of course several golf courses.
Check in time is from 4.00 pm. If this is not convenient due to an earlier flight arrival we can arrange to safely store all luggage, and guests may use the grounds, pool etc. until the villa is ready. Check out time is 10.00 am on departure day.
Alternative arrangements including safe storage of luggage is possible if the villa is not rented on the same day as your arrival or departure.
The villa is situated approximately 35 minutes from Faro Airport. We can arrange your transport from the airport to the villa. Please ask for details.
To book the villa, we request a deposit of 20%. This will be returned in full if it is necessary for you to cancel up to three months before the start of your holiday. The balance is payable six weeks before your arrival. By booking through Simply Owners, you pay no commission, and all payments are protected by their guarantee. Payments may be made in UK pounds, Euros or US Dollars. Please ask for the conversion rate. The initial deposit may be also paid by bank card.

Leave ReviewBeautiful Villa, perfect location, highly recommend
By Rachel & Julia on 09-Aug-2025We stayed in this spacious and beautiful villa in August 2025. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The villa is really well equipped with everything you will need during your stay. It is within walking distance to the beach, bars, restaurants, local shops, supermarkets and even various ice cream parlours ! A short drive away you will find golf courses, go karting, a water park & other beach locations. It's not a problem if you're not driving as we found uber cabs to be very quick & cheap and even when we didn't venture out, it's easy to arrange for take away to be delivered if you don't want to cook. The pool area is clean and relaxing. We sat outside as well in the evening around the table & chairs and also on the balcony. Our children also enjoyed playing pool and the giant TV screen with reclining chairs !! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking and have no doubt that we will book again in the future.

Fantastic Villa
By Gary on 26-Jul-2025We had a special family event, three families and our children. The Villa is fantastic. Our children almost rioted when we had to leave to fly home. There was so much to do. The location is perfect, for the beach, shops, restaurants, and the owners made us so welcome. The villa is huge, everything was perfect. We will definitely be back.
