Villa Pinhal is a large private detached villa with plenty of parking, a large swimming pool and everything you need for a fantastic Portuguese family holiday. On the garden floor there is direct access to the ten by four metre swimming pool and huge terrace with sunbeds and other seating and is a large area with a summer kitchen, a snooker table, and dining for up to twelve. Also on this floor is a cinema room, (part divided with a bedroom, a bathroom, plus an exercise room, a small office (if needed!) and a laundry room. On the middle floor, there is a fully fitted kitchen which has direct access to a terrace/balcony with outside dining for twelve, and a barbecue. Here is also an en-suite bedroom, a further shower room, and a huge lounge with seating for twelve, a 65" TV and a balcony. On the top floor there is an-en-suite bedroom, plus three more bedrooms and a bathroom. There is air conditioning throughout the property. Although very close to the shops and the beach, the villa is mainly surrounded by farmland.


Outside there is ample secure parking for several cars. Situated in a quiet area, mainly surrounded by farm land, the villa is just five minutes walk . Olhos D'Agua shops and restaurants, and ten minutes to Olhos D'Agua beach. In addition it is just a short car ride to many of the well known water parks and attractions for which Albufeira and the Algarve are famous.
Albufeira Old Town is a short drive or taxi ride. It is just a five minute walk from many shops, including a pharmacy, The nearest supermarket is a little further along the main road. There is a large selection of Restaurants, at least thirty, of all types here, and on the way to the beach, which is just ten minutes from the villa where you will also find several outside cafes, and views stretching all the way to Vilamoura.


The property is spread over three floors, at garden level there is small office, a laundry room, an exercise room, a cinema room, with a screened area with two single beds, plus a bathroom. a very large area with a summer kitchen, dining for twelve, snooker table and doors direct to the swimming pool. Stairs lead to a large hallway, with a fully fitted kitchen also having double doors opening to a large terrace area with tables and armchairs. There is an en-suite bedroom, and also a WC/shower room, also the front entrance and then large lounge/dining area with TV and seating for twelve. Upstairs there is an en-suite bedroom plus three more bedrooms and a further bathroom. More rooms with single beds possible by arrangement. Please ask.

Guests have exclusive use of all the facilities, the exercise room, cinema room, snooker table, and of course both a formal and summer kitchen, plus an outside barbecue and 'egg' barbecue. The pool is ten metres by four, and surrounded by a huge terrace. Outside there is safe covered parking for at least three cars.

Just short distances from the villa are the many attractions for children of all ages, such as Zoomarine, Slide and Splash, Aqualand, and also many types of activities from Albufeira Marina and of course several golf courses.


Check in time is from 4.00 pm. If this is not convenient due to an earlier flight arrival we can arrange to safely store all luggage, and guests may use the grounds, pool etc. until the villa is ready. Check out time is 10.00 am on departure day.
Alternative arrangements including safe storage of luggage is possible if the villa is not rented on the same day as your arrival or departure.

The villa is situated approximately 35 minutes from Faro Airport. If not hiring cars, we can arrange your transport from the airport to the villa. Please ask for details.


To book the villa, we request a deposit of 20%. This will be returned in full if it is necessary for you to cancel up to three months before the start of your holiday. The balance is payable six weeks before your arrival. By booking through Simply Owners, you pay no commission, and all payments are protected by their guarantee. Payments may be made in UK pounds, but also in Euros or US Dollars. Please ask for the conversion rate. The initial deposit may be also paid by bank card.
