Located within the beautifully maintained Vista Das Ondas Condominium in Olhos D'agua, just outside of Albufeira, our modern two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to six guests and makes the perfect holiday retreat for couples, friends, small families, or independent travellers.Apartment Lucia offers flexible stays with changeovers available on any day of the week. Where possible, we’re also happy to accommodate early arrivals or late check-ins. While it’s an ideal summer getaway, the apartment is equally well suited for winter escapes—perfect for those seeking the Algarve’s year-round sunshine. Special long-term winter rates are available from October through April.

The Double Room
A deluxe double bedroom featuring a comfortable king-sized bed, and an en-suite bathroom with over bath shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin.
This bedroom also has its own private outdoor patio with table and chairs.
The room offers spacious wardrobes and chests of drawers, providing ample storage for your holiday wardrobe.
A hairdryer, ironing board, and iron are also provided for your convenience.
The Twin Room
A luxurious twin bedroom with two comfortable single beds and a spacious wardrobe. The room has easy access to a modern shower room with WC and sink.
*Both bedrooms have air conditioning with inverter heating and cooling.
Bathroom
The apartment benefits from a modern shower room with WC and wash hand basin ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.
Kitchen/ Open-Plan Living Room
The apartment boasts a modern fully-fitted kitchen, with oven, microwave, electric hob, washer-dryer and dishwasher. For families and longer stays we have a full-height fridge-freezer for your groceries.
The stylish open-plan living area features cosy seating arranged around a smart TV offering a wide range of international cable channels.
The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed to accommodate two additional guests upon request.
Large doors open onto a south-facing terrace with a dining table and chairs—perfect for al fresco meals.
The property has super-fast fibre-optic wifi throughout, including the pool area, perfect for working remotely, and streaming across multiple devices.
The condominium has a newly-refitted astroturf tennis court, and relaxing pool area with a children's splash pool and children's playground (set away from the sunbathing areas).
There is secure underground car parking with fob access for one vehicle, and free on-street parking for any other vehicles.
Baby equipment—including travel cots, highchairs, and stair gates—can be arranged on request; this service is complimentary.
All bookings are facilitated by my local property manager, so you have someone nearby in case of query.
This is a NO SMOKING property; smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises, and any breach of this rule will result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
LOCATION
ABOUT OLHOS D'AGUA
Olhos D'agua is a beautiful, welcoming and safe resort, just outside Albufeira on the Algarve. It is 35 minutes from Faro Airport. There are also fast train connections from Lisbon and Porto, should you fly into those cities. It has a beautiful sunny promenade with a choice of cafes from which to look out to sea and watch the world go by.
Beaches - The villa is very centrally located in Olhos D'agua, with no need for a car. It is 10 -15 minutes’ walk from 3 beautiful beaches. The closest beaches are Praia Maria Luisa - 10 mins walk, Praia Olhos D'Agua, the town beach, also 10 minutes walk. Praia de Falesia is 15 minutes' walk away.
Shopping - The Intermarché Supermarket is 5 minutes' walk from the villa, making shopping very easy for a family holiday. A short car ride away, there is an ALDI in Albufeira and a larger Continente supermarket at Algarve Shopping at Guia. Algarve Shopping also has a large shopping mall with many clothing and department stores.
Bars, Cafes and Restaurants - there is a wide array of bars, cafes and good restaurants and within 5-12 minutes’ walk of the villa. There is a wide choice of cuisines from traditional Portuguese, Fish specialist, Steak specialist, Chinese, Indian, Thai, English, and Italian.
Golf
The nearest golf club is at the Pine Cliffs Hotel, just down the road in Acoteias.

Great Apartment in Great Location
By John on 01-Aug-2023Great Apartment in Great Location This is good apartment for families with easy access to shops, restaurants, the beach and a nearby taxi rank. Its very to close to Oura strip (less than 10 mins by car), so there's plenty to do within easy reach of the apartment. The onsite pool, tennis court and playground were nice. We had a fantastic time and would recommend this apartment especially if you have a young family. But it's worth checking what amenities are available and if there are any you might want to bring along or request. The host is very responsive and helpful.
Location is perfect
By Chrissie on 01-Sep-2023We booked a last min stay here & loved it so much we hope to book again. Location is perfect to get about, we took trips out to malls, water parks & as far as Lisbon. Staying local is perfect too, beaches and restaurants very close by, locals so friendly & happy to talk or share tips for area. We really appreciated the peaceful pace and made use of the pool. The apartment itself was perfect for us (family of 3 with toddler, + mother in law), everyone had what they needed. Transfers arranged last minute too after a problem with our hire car. We arrived pretty late in the night, not great with a toddler- food, water & tea was provided on our arrival - really nice gesture that helped us out!
