Villa in Cumbrian Lakes, Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida - Superb Location Close To All AmenitiesWhy not enjoy Florida in luxury and tranquillity in our exceptional 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with its south facing pool overlooking the woodland conservation area. Whilst being in this safe, quiet haven in a gated community, you will still be within easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the other Orlando attractions.
Wekiva Villa boasts two identical master suites, with sumptuous king size beds and luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for one or two families sharing. One suite has patio doors to the secluded pool deck, the other has patio doors to a private balcony with a stunning woodland and lake view. Relax by the pool and spa in the wonderful year round Florida sunshine, dine alfresco under the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Meanwhile our fully equipped games room will keep the more active members of the family entertained. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished to provide maximum comfort and luxury.
We have free fast (500mps) WiFi which can handle multiple devices. The pool can be heated by electric heating in the winter months. The villa is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the great room as well as on the lanai. There are large screen smart TVs in all bedrooms. The great room has a very large (85”) 4k tv with sound bar providing a cinematic experience when relaxing after a busy day out. There is also an X box connected to a 40" TV on the landing. There are electrical outlets with USB and USBC plugs so you don't have to worry about adaptors for your chargers. Everything is designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The villa has been recarpeted in March 2024 and in 2025 has had the downstairs master en-suite re modeled and new patio furniture.

By Amy Munro on 27-Sep-2025What a brilliant villa. Such a fantastic location & we visit Orlando regularly and noticed the difference in staying in this villa location wise. We were 15 mins to Disney & Disney springs, 30 minutes to Universal/SeaWorld area. The villa was spotless, the new downstairs en-suite is just beautiful & the patio doors from master bedroom to the pool & the balcony upstairs is lovely. Can’t fault this stay at all, owner was on the ball with everything, booking & payment was smooth from the get go and we were refunded our security deposit very quickly after departing. Highly recommend this villa, Cumbrian Lakes is a great, private, gated community with lovely neighbours.
Lovely villa, great base for Disney etc

The villa is beautifully appointed with everything you could possibly need, making it an ideal base for a Florida holiday. From the very beginning, the owner Peter was outstanding. He was attentive before we booked, kept in touch prior to our arrival, and was always on hand during our stay. His advice about local restaurants and trips was really helpful, and he even contacted us straight away when there was a brief internet outage at the villa – a level of care and attention you don’t often find. The pool was a real highlight: a great size, sparkling clean, and overlooking peaceful woodland, which gave it a lovely sense of privacy. The location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to Disney World and all the major Orlando attractions, and only around 30 minutes from the airport. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making everything really convenient. We couldn’t have asked for a better villa or host, and we would highly recommend Wekiva Villa to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. We can’t wait to return!

Fabulous home
By Brian on 11-Jul-2025Where do I start, we arrived and had all the codes prior to arrival to getting into the house was easy, and as soon as the door was open WOW we were blown away, the house is nothing short of spectacular. Large open plan living and kitchen area, with a stunning master bedroom on the ground floor, patio doors leading to the pool area, with outside toilet, saves wet feet running through. The upstairs was again spotless with 3 good sized bedrooms and family bathroom, main bedroom with huge en suit and great built in wardrobes. Beautiful cream carpets throughout so as you can imagine no outside shoes allowed by me. Villa has everything you could need, great wifi, games room for the wet afternoons if needed plus loads of games, everything has been thought of and there if you need it. Full details are in the welcome folder regarding bin collection so no issues, just be careful of the the local Raccoon, he did keep us entertained climbing on the pool enclosure, and loves a rummage at night. Location is perfect, obviously everything is a drive but nothing is too far such as Disney and Universal, 2 walmarts within 5/10 min drive plus Ubers weren't too expensive either. I probably have not done this villa enough justice but honestly there was not a single thing wrong with it, we were a family of 7 and there was more than enough room for us all. Would I recommend it? 100% I would and have. Will I be booking again? Absolutely i will. The hosts were amazing, nothing too much trouble, very quick in responding to enquiries prior to our arrival also gave us great advice and placed to visit outside of the parks. Superb villa - home away from home!
By Rebecca Pollard on 20-May-2025We stayed in Wekiva Villa in May 2025 and loved it. The villa is beautiful, well laid out, has modern furnishings and plenty of space. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, including a games room. The pool and hot tub are particularly great - it is not overlooked, gets the sun most of the day and there is plenty of space to sit outside. We really enjoyed watching the birds and wildlife in the wooded area and the short wander to the lake behind the villa. Cumbrian Lakes is a quiet gated community. It is an easy 20-30 min drive from all of the main amenities in Orlando, including Disney, Universal and plenty of shops and restaurants. The owners were friendly, responsive and helpful and it’s very clear they take great pride in the property. We would recommend the villa to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to book again if we were to visit Orlando again!

A home from home
By Stacey on 01-May-2025We have been to Florida many times and this is one of the best villas we have stayed. There are lots of extra touches that make this villa a true home from home. Plenty of space for our party to relax both within the villa and around the pool. Some parts of the villa have been upgraded from the photos making the stay even more comfortable. A welcome pack with some home essentials was a pleasant surprise. Communication from Peter has been excellent.
The perfect vacation!

One of the highlights was the immaculate cleanliness – we didn't encounter a single ant during our entire stay, which is rare in Florida! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed, from egg cups to an air fryer. Whether you want to whip up a quick breakfast or prepare a gourmet dinner, this kitchen has you covered. We opted for pool heating and enjoyed the pool to the max. It was a fantastic addition that made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was very convenient, with the best journey times to parks, beaches, and shopping we have had during our years of coming to Florida. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a perfect getaway in Orlando.
