Whilst being in this safe, quiet haven in a gated community, you will still be within easy access to Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld and all the other Orlando attractions.
Wekiva Villa boasts two identical master suites, with sumptuous king size beds and luxurious bathrooms, making it the perfect choice for one or two families sharing. One suite has patio doors to the secluded pool deck, the other has patio doors to a private balcony with a stunning woodland and lake view. Relax by the pool and spa in the wonderful year round Florida sunshine, dine alfresco under the covered lanai, or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets. Meanwhile our fully equipped games room will keep the more active members of the family entertained. The villa is extremely spacious and beautifully furnished to provide maximum comfort and luxury.
We have free fast (500mps) WiFi which can handle multiple devices. The pool can be heated by electric heating in the winter months. The villa is air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the great room as well as on the lanai. There are large screen smart TVs in all bedrooms and the great room. There is also an X box connected to a 40" TV on the landing. There are also electrical outlets with USB and USBC plugs so you don't have to worry about adaptors for your chargers. Everything is designed to make your stay as relaxing as possible. The villa has been recarpeted in March 2024

Very convenient for all the parks. I am an ex -owner who took great care of my home and its no different with Peter and Karen''s home. I would definitely recommend this villa, it is very clean, and up to date with modern fixture''s, TV''s etc and the finer touches are evident

We stayed in the villa for a week from 29th April, and we couldn’t ask for anything more it has everything a family could need. We have just returned home and booked the villa again for September and May 2024 would not go anywhere else thank you Peter

We had a fantastic holiday. The accommodation was as described….and more. Nothing was too much trouble for the owners they were responsive and bent over backwards to help us. We would certainly go back!
