Luxury South View Villa perfect for large or small groups, is situated within the Solterra Resort near Champions Gate -offering a blend of adventure and tranquillity. Its south-facing pool ensures all day sunshine, enhancing the outdoor experience with a vast pool area and the option for al fresco dining and outdoor living. The villa's interior matches its exterior splendour, featuring a game room and a loft designed for relaxation or games. The resort's amenities, including a beach entry pool, water slide, Lazy River, and sports facilities, are a short walk away. This villa embodies the essence of Florida's lifestyle, providing a luxurious escape with the comforts of home.Beautifully furnished, the spacious accommodation has been designed with both luxury and comfort in mind. Hard floors throughout make spills any easy clean up and Fast Secure WIFI throughout the home, together with Smart TV's will keep you in touch with family and allow streaming of your favourite programmes.
The spacious living accommodation has 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, light and very spacious living areas and a game room for your further enjoyment. Decorated with style and comfort in mind, our home is comfortable for large or small groups.
As you enter your home from home, you are greeted by the grand 2-story foyer and the large, open-concept living space complete with a spacious island Kitchen and dining area so everyone can gather comfortably for meals or relax watching TV.
Our fully equipped kitchen comes with 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge freezers with water and ice dispensers to cater for even the largest group! The large table can seat up to 18 ideal for all the group to gather. You will find plenty of glasses, dishes and even muffin cases if you fancy baking! Unbreakable dishes and glasses for our outdoor dining area and a large cool box for the patio or taking on a trip out. It really is a home from home experience!
The luxuriously appointed living area, one of two in the home, features a large 65” tv with comprehensive entertainment package and comfortable leather sofas.
As you walk out of the living area to a large, covered lanai and pool with spa, you will find the outdoor oasis you would expect in your dream vacation home. The very large extended deck as amazing south facing open views over conservation and meadows, it is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. The large lagoon pool and spa can be heated if required and has handrails for easy access.
The luxury outdoor furniture offers a very comfortable seating area with cooling fans if it gets too warm, and there are plenty of loungers for the sun worshippers in your party, plus a dining area, a large gas barbeque and even an outdoor TV!
On the ground floor there is a tropical inspired Master king Suite with Master Bathroom with large walk-in shower, and 2 Queen guest bedrooms that share a Jack & Jill Shower Room/toilet, with their own private vanity basin area.
As you head to the second floor you will find a spacious light filled room with a generous seating area and large 65” TV and poker table, this second sitting room offers family and guests plenty of space to enjoy their favourite activities, or simply relax!
Then there are the super comfy bedrooms - the second Master king Suite with Master Bath/shower, 2 spacious king bedrooms with ensuites with shower, 1 queen ensuite with shower and 2 twins sharing a bath with tub, to complete the second floor and providing guests with a very restful sleep after a day of fun in the Florida sun!
All our Bedrooms feature very comfortable pillow top beds, with luxury linens and their own Smart TV - bathrooms have lots of fluffy white towels and a hairdryer.
The whole home features either tile or luxury vinyl plank floors to take away the worry of little spills and make clean ups a breeze.
The home is air conditioned throughout, including the Games Room, featuring pool, air hockey and foosball, TV, arcade machines and gaming area with X-Box

For the little ones we have 2 baby cribs, pack and play and highchairs (3rd available) and stair gates. All doors to our pool area are alarmed and a pool safety fence
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
The pool and spa can be heated at an additional cost of $40 per night, during warmer months June-Sept spa heat only is available at $20 per night - you can add this after booking.

The fabulous community pool area has a large beach entry heated pool, with slide, there are cabanas and sun loungers, a spa and a covered luxury sitting area for when the sun gets too warm. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside the club house you will find a TV, more luxury seating and refreshment area -a Tiki Bar and Lazy River! There is also a gym if you have any energy left and also tennis court, volleyball and Children's play area. All this within a few minutes’ walk of our home. Each booking will require payment of community access fee to use the club house area, one fee per group per stay $38-45 depending on party size – payable on first use.
The Parks are very easy to reach - our home is only a few minutes off the I4 and from there its - depending on traffic - about 15 minutes to Disney, 25 to SeaWorld and about 30 to Universal
There are two supermarkets within 5 minutes’ drive, as well as Restaurants and Pizza places, at Reunion crossroads and Champions Gate.
PARKING
Our driveway takes 3 cars and a further 2 cars can be parked in the marked bays on the roadway, car passes must be displayed.

The damage waiver cover added to every booking covers accidental damage during your stay to a value of $1500
Check in Time is 5 pm and check out 10 am – please enquire, if you would like to request the availability of an earlier or later check out, additional charge may apply
If you require a food starter pack for your stay, please enquire.
Our home is pet friendly - dogs only (Max 2) - by prior arrangement. A fee of $100 each dog for stay is payable. (thorough cleaning takes place after every pet stay to ensure no signs of pets remain for guests without their furry family)

The service we get from Patricia is beyond high level and she has my best recommendations. We had 6 days in South View Villa and here is what we loved the most: * Amazing views into the meadows * Sun ALL DAY long * Clean and spotless * Tons of rooms and great decoration * The pool area is big and private - hard to get away from * Kids loved the game room and spent hours there. Well equipped and fun for the whole family The entire stay has been even better than we expected and the booking process very easy. I always get answers to my questions or wishes and we hope to visit one of the villas from Florida Dream Vacations Orlando again soon in 2026.

Property was absolutely stunning with large private rooms for each guest and couple with the exception of the kids sharing two designated kid rooms.Games and arcade room shared and enjoyed by all. Resort was in walking distance of home.

The layout of the home was perfect for our family—spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed so everyone had room to relax and enjoy time together. The pool and spa were definite highlights and were used every day. They added so much to the experience and made our stay feel extra special. Our family truly enjoyed this home and made some great memories here. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to others looking for a great place to unwind and enjoy quality time together.

The home was spotless, had all the amenities to start, owners were extremely responsive to all questions and check out was a breeze. The home was gorgeous and they even put up a tree and decorated for our arrival. 100% recommend this property for your family getaway!!!
Beautiful Villa
By Kay on 11-May-2025We had a wonderful stay the house is so clean and beautifully decorated and lots of little extras which make for a perfect holiday , the pool was a perfect temperature and having the bbq include is great ( although we ran out of time to use it )! We enjoyed the fact the pool area isn’t overlooked and has some great nature you can sit and watch woodpeckers and eagles in the trees behind the screen porch . We will be back ️
Fantastic Villa
By Ann on 24-Feb-2025The villa was even better than the pictures indicated. Extremely welcoming and comfortable. It was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We had the pool heated and were in it every day, it was really lovely. We loved getting up early to watch the sun come up and listen to the dawn chorus. So many different types of birds in the trees and open spaces beyond the pool deck. It was just magical. We had a couple of issues that were dealt with by the property managers very quickly and efficiently - they were easily contacted, responded quickly and they were very helpful. Our party consisted of 8 adults and one teenager and there was so much space inside and out, that it was never crowded. Apart from a couple of meals that we ate inside, we ate most breakfasts, lunches and evening meals in the outside dining area and relaxed after a long day out, on the outside seating. I would recommend this villa to anyone that wants somewhere for a large group to stay together in comfort. I will most definitely be back!
