Villa Comacina, conveniently situated on Lake Como with breathtaking views of the lake, Isola Comacina and the amazing mountain backdrop. The house can be rented throughout the year and is specifically suited for groups and families with its 6 bedrooms and space for 14 people, and free parking space with space for at least 3 cars.
You can soak in the views from the Jacuzzi, have a drink on the terrace or grill your favorite food on the BBQ. For those who want to be active also on a rainy day, you can play table tennis inside. And what is even better, you can relax your muscles in the Sauna afterwards.
Just behind the house you can find the Tremezzina Greenway walking trail, as well as the Sacred Mountain of Ossuccio, a Unesco heritage site with 15 chapels on a pilgrim's route. Or visit some of the prestigious historical Villas close by such as Villa Balbiano, Villa Balbianello or Villa Carlotta.
The house is fully equipped and bedlinen and towels are provided.

The ferry to access the whole lake from Bellagio to Menaggio is just a short drive from the home.
The park in Ossuccio is just a short walk from the home ideal for sunbathing, a drink or lunch in the park or to access the lake to cool off in the lake. Meanwhile back at the villa the hot tub is ideal spot to sit back, relax and take in the view!
The private terrace, balcony garden is the perfect way to spend a balmy day is shelter from the heat under the covered terrace or soak up the sun of one of the many sun loungers.

The villa is accessed via internal steps or an internal lift to all four floors. There is also external steps to reach the home, as photographed. The bedrooms totalling six including a family bedroom hence the home will sleep up to 15 guests plus bathrooms totalling four, located over 3 levels. Please see photos and detailed descriptions. The middle floor of the property is the living room level with access to the balcony terrace for alfresco dining with the beautiful lake, mountain and island view back drop. There is also a bathroom with shower situated on the living room, middle room level.
