Quinta da Pedra Corsa is a small holding of one hectare (around 2.5 acres) situated in a truly peaceful location offering a great deal of privacy, between the village of Tunes and the ancient village of Paderne. Within the grounds, there is a vine (just under one acre) regularly producing high quality red wine, several fruit trees including carob, almond, fig and olive trees and a small citrus orchard.
The city of Albufeira to the South is only 11km away (less than 15 minutes by car) as are Algarve shopping, Makro and Aldi supermarkets to the West. The property is completely fenced in and access is gained through remote controlled gates. The villa is situated in a privileged position within the property and enjoys uninterrupted panoramic views towards the Monchique mountains to the West as well as the surrounding countryside.
Accommodation is arranged on two levels. The main floor has an entrance hall with access to a laundry room, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. It also leads to a large, airy, open plan fully fitted and well equipped kitchen/dining area with a separate larder. Large sliding doors lead out to an enclosed Moroccan style patio area. Following the kitchen there is a living room area, opening out to a west facing veranda enjoying stunning views towards the Monchique mountains and sunset. The master bedroom can be found on the opposite side of the villa with its walk-in wardrobe and full en-suite bathroom.

This is followed by a small reception room providing access to two twin bedrooms sharing a further bathroom. Further on there is another double bedroom with its king size bed, its own separate sitting room, private patio area and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The separate apartment downstairs consists of a double bedroom, a full bathroom, a vast living room and a fully fitted kitchen together with a dining area. The villa is surrounded by extensive lawned areas and an array of fragrant bushes and flower beds. In addition there is a private swimming pool (4.5 x 9 metres) surrounded by a large lawned area and featuring its own shower, bar and barbecue areas. There is ample parking, together with covered parking spaces for two cars.
