The space
The spacious master suite with its comfy king size bed, boasts a full ensuite shower room, generous built-wardrobes and its own private balcony where you can begin and end your day with uninterrupted views of the sea and rolling countryside.

The second bedroom with twin beds also features built-in wardrobes, an ensuite shower room and its own balcony overlooking the pool, with equally stunning views.

A welcoming twin bedroom on the ground floor offers an ensuite shower room, built-in storage and direct access to the garden and pool area.

At the heart of the home the villa's fully equipped kitchen provides ample cupboard and counter space as well as a six seater dining table blending functionality with style for effortless living.

The villa has a cloakroom off the kitchen with WC and handbasin which doubles up as a compact laundry/ storage room.

The bright, airy living room features large windows and patio doors that lead out to the covered veranda and sun drenched terraces beyond - perfect for relaxing or dining al fresco. Relax indoors in the comfortable leather sofas while enjoying your favourite programmes on the 65" Smart TV - English channels and a variety of apps including Netflix.

Outdoors, the villa truly comes into its own. It has been thoughtfully designed producing an amazing outside space which showcases a large swimming pool with Roman steps, a garden which includes Mediterranean shrubs, an olive tree plus a lemon and grapefruit tree. There is a built in BBQ and various seating and entertaining areas. A white wooden pergola frames the amazing views and offers another seating area for drinks or dining whilst enjoying the splendid Paphos sunsets.
Other things to note
Pano Arodes is a quaint village in the beautiful vineyard region, 23 kms north of Paphos. A short walk from the villa brings you to the beautiful traditional stone village with a church and a locals coffee/bar in the square. A couple of minutes by car brings you to an extremely popular taverna "Fytos. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Both visitors and Cypriots come from miles around to eat there. There are two vineyards very near the villa - Vasilikon Winery where you can sample the wines and have an excellent lunch and also Sterna Winery in Kathikas.

Nearby Kathikas village is a 5 minute drive away which has several popular tavernas and bars serving village wines and homemade foods, a small supermarket, coffee shops and a gin bar. Retaining its traditional charm, the village has residences over a century old, a village square, church and museum.

Polis is 16 minutes away by car and has a lovely long sandy beach. It has a traditional square in the village centre and there are many good restaurants, cafes and coffee shops. Quad bikes can be hired to explore the Cypriot countryside off-road.

Latchi village is a 17 minute drive away which has a beach and harbour with lots of water-front restaurants. Here you will find watersports on offer and a variety of boat trips and boats for daily hire.

Coral Bay is around a 22 minute drive away and a very busy, popular tourist resort with its award winning Blue Flag sandy beaches and watersports facilities.
