The Villa Aphrodite enjoys a quiet beachside position just 4 minutes walk to the beautiful undeveloped 2km beach. As this beach is hidden away it rarely gets busy, and when the visitors leave, you could have it all to yourselves. 2 local beach tavernas (from 600m) are conveniently walking distance.
There are breathtaking far reaching sea views towards both the Akamas National Park and Chrysochou Bay towards Pomos. The upstairs balcony overlooking the sea is a lovely spot for breakfast or evening drinks whilst watching the sunset, enjoying the changing colours of the Akamas hills, and if you are lucky, you may experience a moonrise over the sea.
This villa has a well equipped kitchen, a handy downstairs WC, a large double bed, beautiful unique wooden staircase and pretty garden secluded by a thick hedge. The pool terrace has sea views and you can enjoy meals al fresco in complete privacy.
Excellent waterfront fish restaurants can be sampled at Latchi Marina (2.3km), along with a small selection of shops and supermarkets. You can hire a small boat with cool box or take a mini cruise.
The Baths of Aphrodite and start of the Akamas National Park with its crystal clear blue lagoon and variety of walking trails is 2.3km.
Despite being a town, Polis (5km) has retained the relaxed feel of a village, with an interesting mix of old and new, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The location of this homely villa is quiet and private yet not isolated, and ideal for couples and small families.

By Maria Hamilton on 29-May-2019Hi we have just returned from our best ever holiday ! We stayed at Argaka Bay for a week. Wished it was alot longer. Absolutely loved it. Booking was straight forward and easy. All transactions were made smoothly and confirmed by email. Directions to the villa were very simple to follow even at night. The villa itself is outstanding. 3 large bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms plus an extra single toilet downstairs for use for say coming in from the pool. Everything you need is in the villa. The kitchen is very well equiped including tea towels and dish clothes and basic cleaning sprays etc. Their is a washing machine on the first floor. Air con is extra and paid to the owner the day after arrival. We went in high summer so the air con was definately needed but there is also ceiling fans in the bedrooms which may be enough at other times of the year. Both the rep and owner were easily contactable for any issues. The pool is cleaned everyday and there are inflatables to use. The area around the pool is very private. Local supermarket in Polis which is a 5 min drive away. There are a couple of other little stores closer with limited selection. Overall a fantastic 5 star holiday. Have already booked for next year !! Thank you to Irene, Nicole and Savass for an amazing holiday.

The villa was much better than I expected and the owners even thought of the little things like children’s toys, swimming bands and other pool gadgets. The family was also a real pleasure, dealing with any issues and queries very promptly. As you know it was my mum’s 60th birthday and our stay at the Argaka Bay made it a very special one enjoying some family time. When she received the bottle of wine you sent, she was very touched that you remembered. I have worked in the travel industry as a PR Manager for many years so I am fortunate to have been able to explore many great places and hotels. Therefore, I felt compelled to write you a personal email about the great experience we had booking through Sundance Villas and during our stay in Cyprus. We most certainly know where to go next time we want to travel to Cyprus. Thanks again.
