Villa Vineyard Breeze is quietly situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane, 5 minutes walk to the centre of traditional Kathikas village, famous for its wines and tavernas!
Clients love that there is no need to drive in the evenings.
All 4 bedrooms have their own bath/shower room in this beautiful villa with secluded private swimming pool equipped with Roman steps.
The pool terrace with its new pergola and table, is a lovely spot for al fresco meals, starting with breakfast, where you can enjoy the welcome morning sunshine. The Troodos Mountains views across open uninterrupted vineyards, are absolutely mesmerising and you can even see the "golf ball" at Platres. There is a side sea view from upstairs as well.
Villa Vineyard Breeze is the far end villa of 3, (no immediate neighbours) and the pool and poolside are not overlooked even though it is next door to our Villa Vineyard View. The pools have been placed with privacy in mind, at different sides of the villas, and each poolside is enclosed with fencing and hedging. You are able to sunbathe and swim without anyone seeing you and also enjoy the beautiful vineyards and mountains.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms including the lounge and diner. There is Wi-Fi and a choice of UK & world TV channels. 2 local Cafes (500m) also have Satellite TV including Sports.
Villa Vineyard Breeze is situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane which winds down to Coral Bay. It only takes 5 minutes to walk into the village, so you can visit the excellent taverns and bars *without needing to drive*. Coral Bay, Paphos and Polis are easily accessible.
It is just as suitable for couples as it is for larger parties, so we are pleased to offer under occupancy discounts, by email. Air conditioning on request, €5 per unit per day.

By John on 03-Oct-2024Our first time booking with Sundance Villas, so pleased we did, having not stayed in Kathikas, Cyprus before we had so many questions for Irene & Lauren beforehand which they were happy to answer. We have already booked for next year as the service was excellent, once there George the Villa owner from meeting us at the airport with our car hire guided us with our extra bags to the villa. we had a few problems which George sorted out same day or the next morning, we were made so welcome by the locals and George treated us like Family. a Big thank you to you all. Everything we needed for a relaxing October break

Hired a car through the villa website and everything was easy - particularly good as we arrived in the early hours. Communication with Irene and her team was great, as was the information about restaurants etc in the local area. We would definitely book again.

Rescued part 2
By Caroline Feathers on 27-Sep-2021Thank goodness for Sundance Villas! I arrived in Cyprus, late at night, intending to stay in a villa I had booked through Airbnb. In daylight, it was absolutely filthy with mould everywhere. The owners were unwilling to do anything about it. I subscribe to the Sundance newsletter, even though I have not previously booked through them. I contacted them through the web chat facility to enquire if they had any available houses. They couldn't have been more helpful or quick to respond if they had tried. They found me accommodation in a lovely villa in Kathikas (with very nice owners) and I only had to wait for an hour to access the villa. Directions were emailed to me. I cannot express how grateful I am to them and how efficient and professional they are. If you are considering using them, you won't be disappointed. Make sure you avoid Airbnb, especially if you are staying longer than a night!
