Villa Vineyard View is quietly situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane, 5 minutes walk to the centre of traditional Kathikas village, famous for its wines and tavernas! All 4 bedrooms have their own bath/shower room in this beautiful villa with secluded private swimming pool equipped with Roman steps.
The pool terrace with its new pergola and table, is a lovely spot for al fresco meals, starting with breakfast, where you can enjoy the welcome morning sunshine. The Troodos Mountains views across open uninterrupted vineyards, are absolutely mesmerising. There is a side sea view from upstairs as well.
Villa Vineyard View is the middle villa of 3, (no neighbours back or front) and the pool and poolside are not overlooked even though it is next to our Villa Vineyard Breeze. (The middle villa position and enclosed poolside gets extra protection from the elements, resulting in a slightly warmer pool.) We appreciate that our clients like to feel private around the swimming pool, so the owner has fenced and hedged the pool area at just the right height, allowing you to sunbathe and swim without anyone seeing you and also enjoy the beautiful vineyards and mountains.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms including the lounge and diner. There is Wi-Fi and a choice of UK & world TV channels. 2 local Cafes (500m) also have Satellite TV.
Villa Vineyard View is situated away from main and busy roads in a quiet lane which winds down to Coral Bay. It only take 5 minutes to walk into the village, so you can visit the excellent taverns and bars without needing to drive. Coral Bay, Paphos and Polis are easily accessible.
It is just as suitable for couples as it is for larger parties, so we are pleased to offer under occupancy discounts. Air conditioning on request.

By Steve M on 05-Oct-2025Our first experience of a Villa holiday after staying in "All Inclusive" hotels. We enjoyed the flexibility, quiet, cleanliness and freedom of Villa life. No more early rising for sunbeds, queueing for food etc, etc. The Sundance Villas website is so easy to use (even for a bloke of 70!!). We had to change the date of our original booking due to a bereavement in my partner's family. Irene and Lauren were so accommodating. We also hired a car through Cy-Breeze rentals who are associated, the car was clean and located at the airport for our collection as promised which made things easy due to our late flight. We have already booked again for May 2026 and would have no hesitation in recommending.

By Simon Mechen on 12-Aug-2024Have booked a few times now with Sundance in Cyprus never been dissapointed Irene & her daughter could not have been more accommodating than they were we stayed at villa Vineyard View in Kathikas well it was beautiful had everything we need couldn't do enough for us! Everything was clean can't fault it .the welcome pack was a lovely jesture and well appreciated,after a family bereavement of grandchild some of or family joined us. Irene was very supportive and couldnt have done more for us adjusting our booking ,we had a fantastic time village was beautiful and so central to the western end of Cyprus .Thank you Sundance once again will definately be booking with yourselves in the near future.

By J Ayres on 25-Oct-2023Our first time booking with Sundance Villas, so pleased we did, having not stayed in Kathikas, Cyprus before we had so many questions for Irene & Lauren beforehand which they were happy to answer. We have already booked for next year as the service was excellent, once there George the Villa owner from meeting us at the airport with our car hire guided us with our extra bags to the villa. we had a few problems which George sorted out same day or the next morning, we were made so welcome by the locals and George treated us like Family. a Big thank you to you all.

The level of information provided by Irene was second to none, meaning we could plan the holiday easily... will definitely use Sundance Villas again.
