Villa luxury villa nestles atop two plateaus overlooking the glistening Mediterranean, in the Aphrodite Hills Resort, providing an oasis of luxury for you to enjoy your stay in Cyprus. The Villa is appointed in a dramatic setting, offering the ultimate escape while providing you with luxury holiday rental facilities.This fab Villa is a new, stunning, spacious and well-equipped property designed by one of Cyprus’ leading Architects. Built on a 3,000M2 plot, with over 650M2 of living area – there is plenty of space for up to 12 people. The Villa is orientated to the South West, enjoying the sun most of the day with breath-taking views. It is most therapeutic, to relax and enjoy the amazing views of the ravine out towards the sea where you will never tire of the serenity.
The garden features many Olive, Carob and fruit trees coupled with local flowers and shrubs. To the rear of the Villa, which is south facing, there is a large 40M2 barbecue area, heated salt water pool 13 x 5M with infinity edge and built-in stools overlooking the wonderful views. This is complimented by an independent hot tub, taking advantage of the South Westerly aspect. On the 140M2 patio area, there are comfortable sun loungers with side tables together with a dining and luxurious lounge area for relaxation. On the rooftop of the Villa, we have an observation area with 360-degree views of the resort and out to sea. In this area you will find a bar, fridge and lounge area ideal for private sunbathing or that Sundowner before dinner!
There are over sixty external doors and windows to let in the beautiful Cyprus sunshine by day and by night to admire the pools and gardens softly lit. The Villa's interior is beautifully decorated and fully furnished to a very high standard. A Lutron electronic control system is used to create several Mood Lighting Zones both internally and externally for the perfect atmosphere for any occasion. Central air conditioning and underfloor heating operates throughout. All 6 bedrooms which are en-suite, are fitted to the highest standards including satellite television, hairdryer and a room safe.
Hi speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa including all pool and patio areas.
For recreation and wellbeing, the Villa has a dedicated area on the lower level where a Bar, Cinema System, Swedish Steam Room, Gym, Massage Room and a Yoga area (where guests are provided with a Free 2-hour Body & Beauty Treatments with all new bookings, with additional treatments provided at discounted rates).

Directly off the kitchen. The area which features a recessed ceiling and dining table with seating capacity of up to 10, overlooks the lounge with great view out to the pool and beyond. Throughout the ground floor we have central AC.

Spacious room designed around Asian style massage areas with many Eastern features including its own Buddha. We offer 2 hours Free body and beauty treatments per week with all new bookings, with additional sessions offered at discounted rates.
Gym:
Lovely area with nice setting and well-equipped, including Cycle Smart Trainer together with matts and weights and a wide range of training aids. Spectacular views leading out onto an external patio which can also be used for stretching and Yoga.
Outdoor area:
The huge veranda area comprises of 13M x 5 M salt water heated pool with submerged bar stools, sunken Hot Tub, large barbeque with bar area, numerous sitting and sunbathing areas all on the same level as the pool.
A completely private Roof Garden veranda for sunbathing enjoying 360 degrees of spectacular views and very nice sunsets. Includes bar area with fridge and washing facilities - a great place to get away for some private time!
Fully landscaped garden both at the front and rear of the Villa. Large outside grass and patio areas enjoying spectacular views together with a purpose-built Yoga area superbly located to get the rising sun from the East and sun setting from the West!

Includes washing machine tumble drier, iron and ironing board.
Linen/Maid service:
Cleaning and change of laundry weekly for parties staying 2 or more weeks, laundry change after 1st week. Daily maid service can be provided at an extra cost.

An exceptional appointed villa !

We stayed as a party of 12 with family and friends with one child. villa Elea is a truly an exceptional appointed villa it’s like staying in your own private 5 star hotel , all bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully appointed and spacious and although the 2 master suites stand out anyone staying in the other rooms will certainly not be disappointed. The photos and video of the villa are a true reflection of the villa . We were lucky to have a member of our party whom was a great cook so we took full advantage of both the inside and outside kitchen , and with all the utensils and crockery etc there was nothing missing to enable beautiful meals cooked for our stay , we mainly dinned al fresco but there’s was plenty of room for a party of 12 to dine inside too . The beauty of this villa is that it had so many areas to create both sociable and private areas so that all could enjoy , this is certainly the best villa we have all ever stayed in and would highly recommend . Villa Elea also has a great property manager Gaynor whom was amazing support , from supporting any minor problems to organizing treatments in the private treatment room which again I would highly recommend whilst staying. High end villa!
By Illia on 10-Jan-2024Highest end villa! We are travelling a lot around the world, and this Villa was the highest end Villa we've been to to date. And it's saying something, we've been to more expensive places, and still - this Villa exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was tight, and thought out and extremely well made. From the faucets, to the ice machine, to the fans in the rooms, to the electricity sockets having USB-C sockets - everything. If the best Airbnb we've been to date is 9.6/10, this Villa is a 12. Had an amazing time. Oh, and the hostess was very communicative and easy to talk to, helped us with everything we needed. Note - if you want the pool heated - notify in advance so that when you come the pool is already warm. (had an additional charge). We hand an AMAZING time, wish we could stay for longer :) Thank you! Amazing holiday!

It certainly was the best Villa on the complex with outstanding views and so much space to accommodate three generations of family and a couple of friends too! It exceeded our expectations. The booking process was very clear and easy and Jane replied to messages promptly. The Villa Manager in Cyprus was friendly and available should there have been any issues. There weren’t any problems but she still messaged to check. She made an amazing cake for my birthday celebration too! I would not hesitate to return and can recommend this villa. Luxury villa

Once booked, contacting the villa manager was great too and she organized everything as per our requests. We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa. It was perfect for our family, giving us lots of our own space. The facilities were brilliant, the children loved the pool and the hot tub! The kitchen was well equipped and well stocked with basic items. Plus the outside barbeque/kitchen area was fantastic. Overall we could not have asked for more. It was in a great location, quiet and yet only a few minutes’ drive to the village centre of Aphrodite Hills. 5 star Villa*****
By Jim & Family on 05-Jan-2025We arrived at Villa Elea just after Christmas and stayed there for almost two weeks. The absolutely superb overall experience started from even before we had landed in Cyprus. Due to the holidays, most shops in the area were closed. The team at Villa Elea had stocked our fridge with the essentials to get us started and helped us identify nearby supermarkets that were open, so that we could quickly replenish. The information on Google Maps is not always accurate, so local knowledge is essential. We absolutely loved our stay. The house is very modern with high-end furnishing and lots of thought put into it. Heating and lighting can be controlled via the smart home panels and there are speakers throughout the house, controlled zone by zone (including the pool area), which can be linked to your phone via Chromecast. All of this was very convenient and the sound quality was very good. The kitchen and the BBQ area are very well equipped and there is enough crockery and cutlery to last a large group through multiple meals. There are even special non-breakable poolside glasses for everyone's safety. Plenty of fridges throughout the property - a large double-doored one in the kitchen, additional smaller ones downstairs and upstairs, an additional freezer by the BBQ area, and a wine fridge and a drinks fridge. The layout of the house and the amenities are all very logical and convenient. The pool area is next to the large living room (with a large dining table), with enough sun loungers and multiple sitting areas. The group can be as together or as spread out during the day as everyone wishes. The area downstairs (but still on ground level as the house is built on a slope) has, in addition to two bedrooms, a gym, a steam sauna, and a separate massage/treatment room. The team at Villa Elea can take care of the arrangements and our group was very satisfied with the massage service that was provided. There is a jacuzzi and the pool can be heated. This is a villa for total relaxation. The living area is very spacious and works well for dinners and after-dinner lounging. The pool and jacuzzi area is also spacious and has great views over the hills nearby, as well as the sea and the beautiful sunsets! The kitchen fits many people during preptime, without feeling crowded. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and well-designed bathrooms. Good-quality doors keep the rooms quiet and several people in our group stated that they had not slept this well in a long-long time. By the end of the stay, the shared feeling in our group was that we could absolutely just stay in Villa Elea forever. Everything in the house is well thought-through and of high quality. The communication with the Villa Elea team was very efficient and whenever we had any questions or needed assistance (e.g. booking the treatments), it was handled quickly and professionally. The booking process, check-in and check-out were also very convenient and instructions were shared for every step.
