This fully air conditioned luxury villa is superbly located close to the resort centres of Protaras and Pernera each with their own beaches whilst enjoying a quiet and private cul-de-sac location. Spacious accommodation includes three large bedrooms, king-size master bedroom with en-suite, large double bedroom, a twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Downstairs a fully fitted kitchen, open plan lounge dinning area W/C and wash basin. By Geoff on 31-Aug-2025The villa is spacious and airy. It is in a great location with buses a five minute walk away to Pernera, Protaras centre and Ayia Napa. Bus fare was 2 euros each regardless of distance. Alan and Shelly really went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced before. They really couldn't do enough for us. They booked taxis, to and from the airport, kept the filtered water dispenser topped up, so there was no need to carry cases of water from the supermarket. They took us to a supermarket on our first day to stock up on provisions and we didn't feel hurried in the slightest while we were shopping. We arrived late in the evening (around 10pm) but there were still local places to eat (within 5 minutes walk) serving meals. To say the welcome pack Alan and Shelly provided was extensive, would be an understatement. We were overwhelmed. They even booked a table at their/our favourite restaurant, which was superb. The villa was spotlessly clean and had ample kitchen utensils and equipment. The living area had comfortable furniture and there were 3 tables outside of the villa. One on each side, so if you wanted shade, you could have it. If you wanted to bask in the sun, you could have that too. Pool was an ample size and was cleaned regularly. Beds were comfortable and linen changed weekly. We were so impressed with both the villa and the area that we booked for next year, within three days of arriving. We felt that we were treated like family, rather than being a guest of theirs. Superb.
Fantastic villa
By S & C on 22-Jul-2025Been coming to villa Serena for many years and the villa is in a grelet location, walking distance to everything, fantastic pool with sun all day, villa is very spacious and the water dispenser is amazing in the Cypriot heat, Alan and Shelly the owners are amazing and can’t do enough for you from taking you shopping to dropping water off when you run out, we always have a amazing time at the villa
Fantastic Villa
By Tania and Martin on 14-Aug-2025This is the 9th time we have stayed at this villa. It is an absolutely fantastic villa made even more special by the attentive owners. The location is ideal as we don’t drive abroad. It is within walking distance of the beach, shops, bars, restaurants and protaras strip. The amenities at the villa are excellent. They really have thought of everything you need for your stay. The place is spacious and clean and safe for families. It is in a small cul de sac so it is very peaceful and private. It really does tick every box. The owners go above and beyond to help and are just a phone call away if you need them. We love it there and have booked again for next year.
Amazing Villa , Lovely Owners

The Villa is perfect everything you could need provided for (they had literally thought of everything) a welcome pack on arrival and support whenever you needed it. Villa is so well kept and maintained. Really well located as well. I highly recommend this Villa and Alan and Shelly as owners, we had a great holiday after a tough year and it was made all the better because of the experience we had with them. Thank you both.
Excellent spacious villa
By Nick J London, United Kingdom on 01-May-2018May 2018 Villa Serena happens to be one of the best villa''s we''ve stayed in, with It''s location being walking distance to the beaches, shops and restaurants, whilst at the same time providing us privacy when we wanted a quiet day by the pool. On our arrival, Alan and Shelly the owners had arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport to take us straight to the villa, there we found a very generous welcome package. The villa was very clean and spacious with everything you would need to hand, there was plenty of room outside as well, providing somewhere to lay in the sun or read in the shade Alan and Shelly, are such lovely genuine people who couldn''t help us enough, and we are so grateful to them for making our trip to Cyprus such a great experience. Villa Serena is definitely one place we would love to return to.
Great Family Villa in Protaras, Cyprus

It''s in a quiet cul de sac so a perfect place to relax by the pool, top up your tan and read. The local ice cream van even calls by. The Villa and pool are spotless and the owners Alan and Shelley couldn''t be more helpful and pleasant. They leave a welcome pack for your arrival and even provide a supermarket trip on your first day.
