Description
Bedrooms & BathroomsThe property has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have double beds and the other has twin beds, which could also accommodate a travel cot if required. There is an en-suite bathroom in bedroom 1 with a shower, WC and sink. There is also a large family bathroom with a shower, bath, WC and sink. On the ground floor there is a shower room with shower, toilet and sink.
General Amenities
- The property has air conditioning and ceiling fans;
- On-site parking is available;
- Internet and TV are provided for entertainment;
- Board games, books and a DVD player are also provided, as well as a full-size Pool Table on the roof;
- Towels are provided as well as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron.
Kitchen
There is a cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler and coffee machine. A large granite breakfast bar with 4 bar stools if you prefer to eat inside.
Outside Amenities
The property has a large lawn/garden area with a balcony overlooking the beautiful Coral Bay. A swimming pool and pool table area available as well as a large porch/veranda area with patio seating and an outdoor grill.
Ski & Snowboard
You can ski in the Troodos mountains, but it will take you around 1-1.5 hours from the Paphos area to the Troodos Mountains. In Cyprus, snow-skiing can be enjoyed on the slopes of Mount Olympos (1951 metres a.s.l.), from the beginning of January to the end of March. For further information contact Cyprus Ski Club.
Golf
The area boasts 3 excellent golf courses all within easy reach of the Villa: Tsada, 20 mins drive. Secret Valley and Aphrodite Hills, 30 mins drive. It is advisable to book these courses before you arrive in Cyprus, especially during the high season.
This property is not suitable for same sex groups because of its residential position.
Please note that there are some current building works being undertaken in the vicinity. They are not too close to the property and as such, do not consider this will have a detrimental effect on your holiday.

Has everything you need, spacious and the roof terrace is amazing. The villa is set is such a peaceful area with views out of this world. There was 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 children. The villa was more than big enough. Mark and Tracey were there to help with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this villa 😊
Great Easter Break
By John Goodfellow on 16-Apr-2025Getting to the villa was only a quick 40 minute drive up the coast from paphos airport. The villa was easy to find with great instructions from the owners. Getting in to the villa was nice and easy. We were given a code for a key safe prior to arrival. First impressions were great. The villa was very clean and tidy with fresh towels, bed sheets and complementary snacks for the little ones. The views were outstanding, lots of games for all, great facilitates for cooking, washing and cleaning. Pool was crystal clear with lots of room to relax on the sun loungers, egg chair or the out side dinning table. Location was perfect. Just a 4 minute drive to local restaurants and supermarkets. This was the perfect family break. Highly recommended.
A Beautiful Month

It is situated on top of the hill with a spectacular panoramic view of the sea from the Sea Caves to Coral Bay and beyond. There is a beautiful roof terrace with seating and dining areas, as well as a pool table. There are other dining areas around the BBQ, the pool and outside the kitchen door, all making for a wonderful holiday experience. The owners and the local manager are always helpful and just a phone call away. I would highly recommend this spacious, well equipped villa for a relaxing holiday.
Beautiful Villa
By Alan & Ruth on 19-Sep-2024We and our family stayed in the above Villa for 11 days in September 2024. Arranging this stay with Tracey was very straightforward and conducted entirely by email. On arrival, which was very late at night due to flight delays, we were delighted to find that some “essentials” had been provided for us, bread milk sugar tea, biscuits and even a bottle of wine in the fridge. The villa was immaculately clean, and all bedding and towels were obviously freshly laundered. Just about everything was provided to make our stay a comfortable and relaxing one, we certainly will be returning.
Fantastic
By Vicky Horsfall on 31-Aug-2024Just returned from a 2 week holiday at Villa Evelina. The villa was amazing, can’t recommend it enough. It has everything you need. We went with our son 13 and another family of 4, 2 adults 2 children aged 10 and 13. There was more than enough room for us all. The views are beautiful, the pool is a good size. Inside has everything you need and more. Any questions we had were replied to straight away. Couldn’t recommend them enough. We will definitely book again .
Fantastic villa

We booked the villa and had great communication with the owners throughout, answering as many questions we had. We arrived to the villa in the evening, by rental car. The villa was exaclty how it looked on the photos...if not better. There was a lovley welcome hamper to keep us going until we could get to a supermarket. All the instructions of the villa were clear and the owners were at the end of the phone if we needed them. The villa is set at the end of a cul-de-sac and everyone around seemed so friendly. The views are just breath taking, almost 360. The smell from the grass and trees next to the villa was lovely too. We would definitely recommend hiring a car. There are some beautiful little villages around. The nearest supermarket was under 5-minute drive and this is where there are local restaurants. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could want...even English plug sockets!! There were even shopping bags under the sink! It was clean, tidy and safe. My two daughters loved it, especially the pool and all the sky channels when they were shading form the hot sun. Every part of the villa was faultless. We stay in villas every year and this one is by far the nicest, smartest villa we have ever stayed in. The roof top is something special too. The views up there cant be captured on camera, it doesn''''t do it justice. I''''ve already highly recommended this villa to lots of people as they were wowed by my photos. A week wasn''''t long enough....we weren''''t ready to leave there.
