Just returned from a 2 week holiday at Villa Evelina. The villa was amazing, can’t recommend it enough. It has everything you need. We went with our son 13 and another family of 4, 2 adults 2 children aged 10 and 13. There was more than enough room for us all. The views are beautiful, the pool is a good size. Inside has everything you need and more. Any questions we had were replied to straight away. Couldn’t recommend them enough. We will definitely book again .
When we saw this villa online we instantly knew this was the one for us. We booked the villa and had great communication with the owners throughout, answering as many questions we had. We arrived to the villa in the evening, by rental car. The villa was exaclty how it looked on the photos...if not better. There was a lovley welcome hamper to keep us going until we could get to a supermarket. All the instructions of the villa were clear and the owners were at the end of the phone if we needed them. The villa is set at the end of a cul-de-sac and everyone around seemed so friendly. The views are just breath taking, almost 360. The smell from the grass and trees next to the villa was lovely too. We would definitely recommend hiring a car. There are some beautiful little villages around. The nearest supermarket was under 5-minute drive and this is where there are local restaurants. The villa was fully equipped with everything you could want...even English plug sockets!! There were even shopping bags under the sink! It was clean, tidy and safe. My two daughters loved it, especially the pool and all the sky channels when they were shading form the hot sun. Every part of the villa was faultless. We stay in villas every year and this one is by far the nicest, smartest villa we have ever stayed in. The roof top is something special too. The views up there cant be captured on camera, it doesn''''t do it justice. I''''ve already highly recommended this villa to lots of people as they were wowed by my photos. A week wasn''''t long enough....we weren''''t ready to leave there.
We stayed in Tracey and marks villa evelina in aug 22, was abit concerned about paying by bank transfers but be assured “it’s all good” Nothing was to much trouble , as I asked many questions before I booked and Tracey always got straight back to me with the answer. There was 8 adults in our party and we stayed for 16days and it never felt crowded . A short drive to peyia and 10 mins drive to coral bay Pool was large enough for us to all get in and mess around and the pool table on roof was also fun in the evenings. Pool man came regularly and was always polite and friendly. The view (back and front) from the villa is outstanding and you will never get tired of looking out on to it . The villa is very private with no one overlooking you and it is so ,so quiet . Would recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to b The welcome pack when we arrived was fantastic, such a lot in it and it saved us having to stop late on arrival night to get some milk and bits for the morning .
This is our second family holiday in the villa. It is just what we need - plenty of space, great facilities and amazing views. The property is modern and clean, with air-con in the main downstairs areas as well as in each of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped, but we did most of our cooking on the outside BBQ grill as well as the new kleftico (which was great for pizzas too). There is a large table that is great for outside dining- so we had most of our meals on this. There are supermarkets and plenty of places to eat in either Payia village about 5 mins drive away, or in Coral Bay about 10-15 mins away. We arrived late at night but the lockbox meant we could easily gain access and the welcome pack (including a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge) was very appreciated after a long journey. Highly recommended.
We booked Evelina Villa via the owners and initially we were worried paying monies direct. Everything was totally fine and the Villa is exactly as advertised. Amenities are spot on and hosts are extremely helpful. Location is very quiet and picturesque , it’s 3 or 4 miles from the centre of Coral bay . Perfect for relaxing. Pool is fabulous and the space outside and available furniture is perfect for various needs - sunbathing, eating, chilling etc. The centre of Peyia is walking distance (15 mins) but not on a really hot day. Taxis are easy to get, but a little pricey and tend to be based on number of people traveling. (For our group of 7 it was 40 euros return journey to Coral Bay. ) We would recommend a hire car, but the supermarket will collect you to do your shopping and take you home free of charge. Overall beautiful spacious Villa, good facilities and spectacular view. Would definitely go back again.
We have just spent a week in Tracey and Mark''s charming villa located in a wonderfull location with a breathtaking view. The exterior layout is very well thought out with the swimming pool and the view of the sea, several areas for meals and relaxing in the shade or in the sun. The interior of the villa is also furnished with particular care, with a host of details and little attentions that we discover over the days. The villa is very well equipped and organized not as a rental house but a residence where we feel at home. Warmly recommended Hugues
