The highlight of this wonderful executive property is the solar heated pool and exterior area. Natural garden, terracotta pots and tropical flowers.A large private pool 9 x 4.5 meters with Roman steps leading into the pool, comfortable sun lounger’s and parasols. The shaded terrace area is a real treat with built in lazy day chairs and large metal table ideal for outside dining. Completing the outside area is a hot tub and outside shower. A truly delightful Villa.

The kitchen offers a very well equipped and extensive range of utensils and crockery for your self-catering meals, also comprising dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, oven and hob, completed by large refrigerator.

Over 200 UKTV channels including all Sky sports, F1 entertainment/movie channels in English. By Kate on 20-Jul-2025We stayed here as a family of six and as soon as we walked through the door its just a WOW moment, this villa is totally divine, the space, the views, and the seclusion, it is absolutely Stunning, we loved the way the bedrooms was on either side of the villa, maintaining privacy when required. We flew into a mega heatwave, Phew it was smoking hot thank the stars for Air Con .and an amazing lush pool. Although Peyia Village is only down the hill you felt like you was in your own secluded private gateway to absolute Paradise, words cannot describe this Villa its a total one off and a very unique place to stay, the beds are so comfortable and everything is there for your convenience, highly recommend a car as the walk down the hill maybe okay but you have to come back up! Thank you Simon for sharing your beautiful home with us, also Barbara your a little gem and we will be back
Pure Bliss for one month
By Mr and Mrs Cameron on 04-May-2025Arriving at Villa late at night it was quite hard to take in the beautiful views that were on offer at the villa . The welcome pack of bread , butter etc was most welcoming after being on the go for most of the day . The villa is well equipped with everything that one would need for an unforgettable stay . The views looking down towards Coral Bay and out to sea are stunning yet you are not overlooked by any other property . The living room has sliding doors which lead out to the pool area and they can be pushed all the way open to let the cool breeze into villa when the villa gets a bit warm . Air con is in each rooms but for the month that my wife and I were there we did not need it . The heated pool was a godsend and was well maintained by Manfred the pool guy . Barbara ( agent) came to visit us to make sure everything was OK and was pleasant to talk to . If you are looking for a quiet, secluded villa but close enough to enjoy the lively resorts that Cyprus offers then look no further . Thanks again , Dougy and Catriona Cameron .
A week in paradise
By Michelle Friend on 04-Aug-2024Myself and my husband stayed for a week here at what i can only describe as simply out of this world absolute heaven. Having recently lost my father i needed somewhere private, peaceful and to give us some quality time together and this far exceeded our expectations. The pictures are wonderful but you really have to experience this beautiful villa. It really was like home from home. Everything you need is in the villa, thank god for the air con! and the outside area and pool are just absolutely divine topped with beautiful views whilst also relaxingin the hot tub. I wish i had found this villa sooner when we have visited Cyprus before and will most definitely vist here again. Barbara has been wonderful with communication and providing a very appreciated welcome pack for when we arrived. Thankyou for allowing us to stay we lead very busy lives in this was just an absolutely perfect week making cherished memories.

By Christopher Keefe on 08-May-2024Myself,my wife and our disabled son have stayed here 3 times now and to be honest would not stay anywhere else in Cyprus The villa itself is beautiful and the views are just stunning Barbara who looks after the villa could not be more accommodating always at the end of the phone if needed I could go on and on about this villa but all I am going to say is try it you won’t regret it , it has truly become our home from home Chris,Colette and Kristopher Keefe, Brighton.

Simon who owns the property and Barbara who manages it are wonderful to deal with, they were extremely flexible in allowing us to change booked dates due to covid. As for the property itself-wow, just wow! It’s stunning inside and out. It is a very well-furnished villa, had everything we required, and we loved the artwork in the rooms. The elevated location affords stunning views of both the surrounding hills and sea. The heated pool is the perfect size and stargazing from the hot tub was a nightly treat. For us this was the perfect property in which to enjoy a peaceful, secluded and extremely relaxing holiday. It feels like a home more than a holiday rental. Esther & Mark. (Malvern UK) May 2022
Diamond set in stone
By Dave and Gill Edley on 27-Sep-2015High above Coral Bay and Peyia with the most amazing views, Villa Bougainvillea is totally private, totally secure and has everything you could wish for. Very comfortable beds, sparkling pool and of course the incredible hot tub. Far exceeded our expectations and was immaculate. Car is essential but Peyia shopping is only 3 1/2 minutes away. Barbara and Allan were more than helpful and of course we need to thank Christine and Simon for allowing us to share this little bit of heaven. We truly did not want to leave this villa and would recommend to anybody looking for 5 star luxury, peace and privacy. Dave and Gill Edley
