Newly renovated 5 * private VillaWelcome to a relaxing and luxurious holiday in the prestige Sea Caves Area of Peyia & Coral Bay. The Villa is all about relaxing and enjoying your holiday. It’s situated on a very big, quiet and private 1000 sqm plot with beautiful gardens and a 10m x 5m private & modern pool. Enjoy the breathtaking sea views from one of the double beds when waking up or while enjoying a BBQ & a drink under the cool and generous pergola. Be a chef in the outdoor kitchen with both a gas cooker and a gas BBQ. Or cook at the rotary souvla BBQ down at the pool bar. Sit down and enjoy your meals and then relax with a drink in the outdoor lounge area taking in the beautiful and stunning sea views behind the generous garden and very big 10 x 5 m private pool. A new bespoke pool bar with fridge and charcoal BBQ & rotary has just been built and will make those summer days at the pool even better. Help yourself to the home grown herbs & spices for cooking and mixing cocktails.
The front garden is very generous with fruit and veg for you.The Villa has a long drive with new carport for minimum of two cars. The property and drive are gated and the back garden is closed off with two gates, so you are very private. The inside, freshly renovated, is very open, bright and light, with high ceilings and all the windows and patio doors have fly screens.
You can enter the Villa (with keys from the key safe) through the front door or from the carport directly in to the kitchen. The newly renovated kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with Tassimo coffee machine, french press & orange press. New fridge freezer, dishwasher & ceramic cooker. It also has an oven, microwave & washing machine. The Villa has an en-suite double bedroom, one double bedroom & a twin room all with sliding doors to the gardens & blackout blinds. Beds are king size and twins are 1,10m x 2m, all beds and mattresses are new. The family bathroom has a bath with shower. The en-suite bathroom has been completely renovated and has a big walk in shower.
The lounge has sliding doors into the garden and has a log burner and smart TV. Free air to view TV is included, however, you can book a sky TV package or foreign channels, please let me know and I’ll arrange for it. Free high speed Fiber Internet Wi-Fi is also included.
You have the possibility to order a welcome package or I if you let me know I can get what you need so you have it all for your arrival and can immediately start to relax and enjoy your well deserved holiday.
I can also assist you with airport transfer or car rental at a very good price and arrange everything for you, if you wish so.
You will have the whole property to yourself and I will be there to meet and greet or assist you in anyway, if you wish so, otherwise I will leave you alone to enjoy your holiday. The neighbourhood is very quiet and relaxing, so social gatherings, venues, weddings and events are not permitted.
Coral Bay beaches, supermarkets, shops & restaurants are only a 3-5 minute drive and you can walk to the beach & sea caves in 10 - 15 minutes. Paphos is 25 minutes drive and the drive to the airport is 40 minutes.

The garden, beautiful pool and terrace are very special and we could not have wished for more! The attention to detail and amenities within the villa is something I've not seen in other places and something the owners, Marilyn and Shaun, have captured excellently. The whole property was spotless and the location lovely and quiet. Communication throughout the booking process and whilst we were there was very easy and extremely efficient. Marilyn's friend John provided our hire car and airport transfers which again was all done very easily. We were 4 hours late arriving into Cyprus but this was no issue at all for John who was there to pick us up and get us to the villa. Thank you John for being so lovely and welcoming! There's no doubt at all that we will be returning to this beautiful and very well maintained villa, we just loved it!

AURORA VILLA FOR THE PERFECT, PEACEFUL DREAM HOLIDAY.
By Rob C on 22-Aug-2025We spent 12 wonderful, relaxing days at Aurora Villa as we were looking for a total retreat away from the hustle and bustle of life's demanding routines. Aurora Villa gave us all that and more! Our holiday goal was to recharge physically and mentally, to regain perspective and to disconnect from life's distractions. We wanted to return home feeling revitalised, rejuvenated and better equipped to deal with the fast pace and demanding roles of everyday life and Aurora Villa gave us precisely that! The Villa was extremely clean and located in a very prestigious area of the Island. Marilyn works very hard in keeping the Villa to an extremely high standard. We will certainly be looking to return to Aurora Villa next year in order to once again " shut down and pull away from everything, to relax and enjoy living the slow life " Thank you Aurora Villa.
A Perfect Stay at Villa Aurora in Peyia!
By Amanda Farrar on 08-Aug-2025We had an absolutely fantastic time at Villa Aurora. The villa itself is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. The private pool was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The location couldn’t be better, just a 5 minute drive to Coral Bay Strip with its many restaurants, shops and bars. A very large Philippos Supermarket is nearby that stocks everything you could possibly need which made everything so convenient! As a party of 5, with 3 teenagers, we were keen to keep them entertained and the villa did not disappoint! Marilyn, the host, was amazing—friendly, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She even put us in touch with a friend who arranged car hire and airport transfers at a very reasonable price, which made our trip even smoother. Villa Aurora truly has everything you need close by and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-equipped base.
What you carry with you when you leave behind the tranquillity of the Villa
By Amanda Carr on 15-Oct-2024The only review that will ever do this villa justice would be the one that you carry with you when you leave behind the tranquillity of Aurora Villa. Marilyn and Shaun have considered the needs of their guests both inside and out. The villa is fully equipped, spacious and immaculate while the gardens are a view in themselves, the sea in the background being an added bonus. We booked a week in the villa hoping for some quiet time to recharge our batteries, what we got was a little piece of heaven that left us struggling to get going again on our return home. We were keen to enjoy as much of the glorious weather as possible, and the cooking area on the terrace and pool bar gave us the necessary to do just that. Marilyn put us in touch with a friend who supplied us with a car at an excellent rate and given that she is a local, has knowledge on sights to visit and good restaurants. Having always been believers in never visiting the same place twice, Aurora Villa has become the exception and we have already booked to go back next year! Amanda, August 2024

The villa is very spacious and maintained to a high standard. Marilyn the owner is absolutely wonderful she could not do enough for us she even let us check in and out at our own convenience at no extra cost Thank you so much . Marilyn and her partner worked so hard to ensure everything was perfect for our holiday , we met them a couple of times during our stay and they are both so full of excitement for the ongoing plans they have for the villa over the coming winter months. The outside has really fabulous open views down to the sea and is so peaceful to just sit and have a glass of wine. The pool is extremely clean and very private which is an absolute bonus. The villa is located in a beautifully quiet area but all local amenities are just a short distance away. Thank you again for everything you are both amazing. Chris & Dave Evesham uk
