Pissouri Bay Retreat is a luxury, fully air-conditioned, four bedroom villa in the very heart of Pissouri Bay only a 200m ‘flat’ walk to the award winning blue flag beach. and a great selection of fantastic taverna's, shops and bars that can cater for all your needs.
We offer you wonderful facilities including one of the largest private swimming pools in the area, pool furniture, barbecue and outdoor seating area's ensuring you and your guests have a wonderful time. Inside the villa has been furnished to an amazingly high standard with features like Memory Foam Mattresses in all rooms, Plasma TV and Designer Settee's and furniture. We also offer our guests free WIFI.

How to get there:
Easyjet fly from Manchester or Gatwick most days throughout the year. All major airlines fly into the Cyprus airports of Larnaca and Paphos from every part of the UK and Europe. The closest airport is Paphos and is a simple 20 minute journey via the motorway or 25 minutes if you take the more scenic coastal road passing Aphrodites Rock. Larnaca Airport is approx 50 minutes and is motorway for 98% of the journey so is easy and straightforward.
All major car hire firms are located at both airports, and can be pre booked from the UK. If you require any help arranging flights or car hire get in touch and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Taxi from Paphos is approx 40 Euro's.

By Emily A on 08-May-2025We had an amazing stay with our in laws this summer. 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The villa was amazing, pool is very clean, big and refreshing. Your a stones throw from some lovely tavernas and we had some nice meals out. Including catering for my father in law who is gluten free. We also found the local super markets to do a good range. We had some very nice evenings around the pool and walked down to the beach. The cafe across the road does the most amazing pancakes too! We found the villa to be very clean, well equipped, the aircon was great and safe for the children to play. They had a travel cot and there was high chairs if needed. Only thing we did find hard was the glass table in the kitchen with two young toddlers (the corners) but obviously they were supervised so it was fine. We are looking to come back already, pissouri is a beautiful bay, and we had some lovely days out to Troodos mountain and Limassol. We hired a car which was a must, and easily navigated our way around. Sigma bakery’s are amazing and well worth a visit! Just to say Paul was very good at communicating with us, before and during the stay when we reached out. Looking forward to coming back soon!
Most Stunning Villa in Pissouri
By Michael R on 25-May-2025Just got back from one of the best holidays that I’ve ever had, this villa being one of the main reasons for that! I have stayed in Pissouri Bay several times before and wanted to take a group of friends to see how amazing it was and to celebrate turning 40. Absolutely was not let down from booking onwards. Paul is an amazing owner, super responsive, went way over and above to make our stay fantastic. The villa itself is stunning, kitted out brilliantly, loads of space, luxurious furniture throughout, and an absolutely fabulous pool and outside area that can make it hard to decide if to go out for dinner or just to entertain at home. The pool is huge, brilliant for kids or adults, we spent a lot of time there! You can definitely feel the love that has gone into making the villa a home which just makes it feel wonderful whilst you are there. We even had a lovely little package of bread, butter, milk and eggs on arrival which was brilliant given the time of night our flight finally got in. If you are new to Pissouri Bay, you couldn’t get a better location, everything you could need is right at your fingertips.It’s going to be extremely hard to top the experience we have had over the last week, so if you are fortunate enough to notice there is availability for the dates you want, you should snap it up straight away. I will certainly be returning as soon as I possibly can - so don’t steal my dates
Very spacious accomodation

A perfect holiday for chilling and enjoying the sun
By Julie L on 20-Sep-2019The location of the villa is literally yards away from two small supermarkets, bars and restaurants; it is just a few minutes walk from the beach which is pebbly (suited us perfectly as we are not keen on sand!) and has an array of sunbeds and a variety of watersports if you want some excitement, there is also a beach side restaurant for food and refreshment. The villa is excellent, the pool has been recently refurbished and was so inviting, we spent hours in the pool as it was really hot; the outside area is large with a barbeque area and gazebo with some very comfortable sunloungers. The villa has everything that you require in order to enjoy your holiday; the welcome pack that greeted us was the best that we have had and we have stayed in many villa's over the years. The village is quiet and tranquil but there are sufficient restaurants to eat somewhere different on each night (we were there for 7 nights) although I would definitely recommend Pissouri bar which is about 1 minute away from the villa. The owners Paul and Kate provided us with some really good information and their communication both before our holiday and after has been excellent. If you are looking for a little luxury in a quiet, hot and serene setting, then this is the villa for you.
Absolutely Perfect 5 Star
By Stacy on 09-Aug-2019The title says it all. From start to finish the booking and ease was perfect. Katie and Paul were prompt in replying and gave many tips whilst staying in Pissouri. This continued on arrival, their management team are second to none. Welcome gifts and special touches that certainly stand out from any other property we’ve ever stayed in. We personally choose this villa because of the location, large pool, outdoor area and the modern interior. This certainly didn’t disappoint and we feel the pictures didn’t do it justice as it’s far bigger and immaculately presented. We will be booking again for next year, our children are already asking when we are going back.
Great Family holiday

Everything we needed, kids loved the large pool, lots of space and taverna’s and bars 100 metres away. Would definitely stay here again. For anybody who’s never been to Pissouri, it’s one of the most charming and safest places we’ve visited. This review is the subjective opinion of a TripAdvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
