Downstairs cloakroom. Two large bedrooms with recently refurbished handmade contemporary designed wardrobes and matching furniture. Each room has private pretty balconies looking into the garden and pool area towards the sea. Perfect to catch the last rays of the day or for enjoying your pre dinner aperitif. Two bathrooms one en-suite. Hand rails fitted on the stairs for safety and there are gentle ramps to the garden area for those less steady on their feet. There are facilities for both indoor and outdoor dining. High speed Internet is included in the villa along with a decent welcome pack and pool towels. Secure garden with side gate and off road parking. Heated Pool available out of peak season - provided at an additional cost. By Jackie on 11-Oct-2025Great location, only 7 minutes to the beach and shops are even nearer. Plenty of places to eat, we tried Vine Leaf, yialos Tavern. All very generous portions, make sure you’re hungry! The Hide-Away in Pissouri village very good, extremely busy, good atmosphere. Villa itself had everything we needed, generous welcome pack and well stocked cupboard with basics. Salt and pepper, oil, balsamic and other bits and bobs. The garden is lovely although getting to the overgrown stage, impossible to see pool from raised patio area due to shrubs. A very loud motor in the attic comes on at regular intervals all night. We hired a car and explored Paphos, Omodos which is fab, Kouklia and Aphrodite’s Sanctuary and had a buggy tour with Chris Andreou which was great fun. So a great holiday!!
Superb Villa
By Paul Aggett on 28-May-2025A Slice of Paradise in Pissouri Bay! We’ve just returned from the most wonderful stay at this stunning villa in Pissouri Bay, and we can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beautiful, lush garden – perfectly maintained and bursting with colour. It provided such a peaceful, private retreat and framed the breathtaking sea view like a postcard. The villa itself was spotless and impeccably clean, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. It’s so thoughtfully and tastefully appointed – from the well-equipped kitchen to the cosy living areas and comfortable bedrooms – everything has been considered to make you feel instantly at home. One of the best things was the location. It’s in a lovely, quiet spot, yet just a short, easy walk into the heart of Pissouri Bay, where you’ll find great restaurants (and the Bay Tree for a quiet pint), friendly locals, and a laid-back, authentic Cypriot vibe. We genuinely couldn’t fault a thing. It was the perfect base for our holiday – peaceful, beautiful, and convenient. We’ll definitely be back! Highly, highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Everything you need for an amazing holiday!

The villa itself is beautifully appointed with modern, high-quality furnishings and amenities. The living area is comfortable and elegantly designed, making it a great space for relaxation. Both bedrooms were airy and well-lit, featuring comfortable beds and ample storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we opted to dine in. The outdoor area was equally impressive, featuring a private pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Accessibility to Pissouri Beach was a major plus, with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. If you enjoy watersports or hiking in the hills, this is a perfect location. Customer service throughout our stay was attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, this 2-bedroom villa in Pissouri Bay is an ideal choice for those seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and a touch of local charm. It’s perfect for families or couples asking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home.

Only issue was the pool water quality wasn't good for the first week but the "magic" pool man sorted it! Balcony views excellent. Various seating areas in the property just superb. Everything as amazing.

Colin did a great job sorting the pool out after some pretty hot temperatures and chlorine burning off and we increased the timer on the pump - so pleased all was good in the end and we look forward to welcoming you back.

By Rebecca Taylor on 01-Aug-2022From the beginning, the communication with Karen was outstanding. She was happy to answer any questions or queries from the initial booking to the check out date. Before arrival, we received information regarding gaining entry to the property and logistics of looking after the property- which were accurate and precise. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the cleanliness and facilities provided. The welcome books provided us with information which was extremely useful, (restaurants, taxis, excursions, history etc). In addition, Karen provided us with a lovely welcome hamper with everything we’d need for our first day- including alternative milks for our baby who has allergies. Which was so appreciated and we’re still so thankful for the thought and consideration. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, everything you could want or need- every detail is covered and thought about. One of the guests is an avid cook and thoroughly enjoyed making the most of the kitchen to create Greek cuisine with the most local ingredients from the supermarkets and local farm shop. The garden and pool area provide a relaxing and private outside home to relax. It is spacious and sectioned so you have a different experience in every area of the garden. An undercover outside, sofa area with overhead fan provides an idyllic space to get lost in a book or relax of an evening whilst listening to the sea (which is in walking distance). The bottom of the garden houses a gas BBQ with a seating area, giving guests the opportunity to relax with a beverage whilst appreciating the villa and garden. The garden and pool has sun for most of the day and early evening making it a perfect sun trap to relax. It’s ideal for families to unwind and enjoy a safe and clean space- our 1 year old had the best time! On an evening, there are plenty of restaurants to explore, with some in walking distance. You really need a month to make a dent. Overall, it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and Karen and Andy helped us to create those memories in their stunning villa. Thank you x

The house accommodated our needs perfectly, with the pool being plenty big enough and a well kept garden. The welcome pack was the best we've ever had and listening to the sea at night was just what was required to help us switch off. The local restaurants and tavernas were varied but all gave excellent service. We will be back.
