We stayed at this villa under the new management and had an outstanding experience. The villa itself is beautifully appointed with modern, high-quality furnishings and amenities. The living area is comfortable and elegantly designed, making it a great space for relaxation. Both bedrooms were airy and well-lit, featuring comfortable beds and ample storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to prepare meals when we opted to dine in. The outdoor area was equally impressive, featuring a private pool surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Accessibility to Pissouri Beach was a major plus, with a variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops just a short walk away. If you enjoy watersports or hiking in the hills, this is a perfect location. Customer service throughout our stay was attentive and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly. Overall, this 2-bedroom villa in Pissouri Bay is an ideal choice for those seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and a touch of local charm. It’s perfect for families or couples asking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home.
We loved the villa, location etc. Fantastic welcome pack. All was clean & tidy. Only issue was the pool water quality wasn't good for the first week but the "magic" pool man sorted it! Balcony views excellent. Various seating areas in the property just superb. Everything as amazing.

We are so glad that you appreciated the welcome pack and enjoyed the various seating options around the garden on of my personal favourite features in the property. Colin did a great job sorting the pool out after some pretty hot temperatures and chlorine burning off and we increased the timer on the pump - so pleased all was good in the end and we look forward to welcoming you back.
From the beginning, the communication with Karen was outstanding. She was happy to answer any questions or queries from the initial booking to the check out date. Before arrival, we received information regarding gaining entry to the property and logistics of looking after the property- which were accurate and precise. Upon arrival, we were amazed by the cleanliness and facilities provided. The welcome books provided us with information which was extremely useful, (restaurants, taxis, excursions, history etc). In addition, Karen provided us with a lovely welcome hamper with everything we’d need for our first day- including alternative milks for our baby who has allergies. Which was so appreciated and we’re still so thankful for the thought and consideration. The kitchen facilities were brilliant, everything you could want or need- every detail is covered and thought about. One of the guests is an avid cook and thoroughly enjoyed making the most of the kitchen to create Greek cuisine with the most local ingredients from the supermarkets and local farm shop. The garden and pool area provide a relaxing and private outside home to relax. It is spacious and sectioned so you have a different experience in every area of the garden. An undercover outside, sofa area with overhead fan provides an idyllic space to get lost in a book or relax of an evening whilst listening to the sea (which is in walking distance). The bottom of the garden houses a gas BBQ with a seating area, giving guests the opportunity to relax with a beverage whilst appreciating the villa and garden. The garden and pool has sun for most of the day and early evening making it a perfect sun trap to relax. It’s ideal for families to unwind and enjoy a safe and clean space- our 1 year old had the best time! On an evening, there are plenty of restaurants to explore, with some in walking distance. You really need a month to make a dent. Overall, it was one of the best holidays we’ve ever had and Karen and Andy helped us to create those memories in their stunning villa. Thank you x
