Ideally located a few minutes from the beautiful Pissouri Blue Flag Beach with a wide selection of water and sporting activities for your enjoyment and a vibrant local nightlife to suit all needs. The villa benefits from its own pool and balcony offering stunning views, luxuriously furnished throughout with 4 rooms sleeping up to 8 people. Conveniently located, near to all amenities - within walking distance. The villa is ideal for golf lovers, romantic getaways, families, or the young at heart. No Smoking is permitted in the house, only outside. Security system.

How to get there: Easyjet fly from Manchester or Gatwick most days throughout the year. All major airlines fly into the Cyprus airports of Larnaca and Paphos from every part of the UK and Europe. The closest airport is Paphos and is a simple 20 minute journey via the motorway or 25 minutes if you take the more scenic coastal road passing Aphrodites Rock. Larnaca Airport is approx 50 minutes and is motorway for 98% of the journey so is easy and straightforward.
All major car hire firms are located at both airports, and can be pre booked from the UK. If you require any help arranging flights or car hire get in touch and we will be happy to point you in the right direction.
Taxi from Paphos is approx 30 Euro's.

By Very relaxing holiday ***** on 18-Mar-2025We felt at home here!! We spent very relaxing and eventful days in the villa with a pool. The large living room impresses with plenty of seating. The kitchen has everything you need, including a very generous basic supply of food. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. All rooms have air conditioning, and the instruction manual is located in the bedside table of the balcony room. The entire house is very clean. The pool was cleaned regularly, and the terrace had plenty of loungers and seating. There is also a clothes rack, clotheslines, and plenty of pegs. The owners of the house are very nice and child-friendly. They visited us on the second day to answer any questions we might have. We found that very friendly. Communication beforehand was also quick and uncomplicated. Check-in and check-out went smoothly thanks to the key box. So, we absolutely recommend this house and will follow it again soon. Good: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, and accuracy of the online presence.

Great property with lovely pool and gardens!
By Anthony S on 29-May-2019Well equipped villa, 4 good size rooms, 2 bathrooms, the pool area is private and the pool is large enough and well maintained. Nice built-in barbecue. Close to shops and bars. The beach isn't great and it's a long way from the larger and more authentic Pissouri village. But overall a very nice property and one we would recommend.

Pissouri Bay is a small and friendly area which boasts a variety of restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The beach, with many water sports is also within walking distance. The villa itself lends itself well to both adults and children. It is spacious and well set out and boasts a great outside dining area, sitting area, pool with plenty of sunbeds and lovely gardens. We would have difficulty finding other accommodation so suited to our needs and within the price range of Bayview. Koulla and Michael are excellent hosts. They work hard to maintain their villa to the highest standards and go out of their way to ensure that you have the best holiday. Pissouri Bay is an ideal location for sightseeing and visiting places of interest. It nestles between Paphos and Limassol with areas of interest all around. Our family has had two wonderful holidays in Bayview and are looking forward to a third! To find a villa in such a convenient location to house a family of eight without us feeling overcrowded was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend Bayview to any family of any age group. A truly magnificent villa to stay in. Thank you Koulla and Michael for allowing us to stay and have the perfect family holiday in your villa.
A Delight place to stay *****

We all felt we had our own private space whenever we wanted it. It was also really safe for the children as the gardens are enclosed. Walking distance to all amenities meant we never worried about running low on supplies. Everything about our stay was wonderful. Honestly, we liked everything about the villa. We might book again We will recommend to family and friends.
