The Villa Aphrodite enjoys a quiet beachside position just 1 minutes walk to the beautiful undeveloped 2km beach. As this beach is hidden away it rarely gets busy, and when the visitors leave, you could have it all to yourselves. 2 local beach tavernas (from 600m) are conveniently walking distance.

There are breathtaking far reaching sea views towards both the Akamas National Park and Chrysochou Bay towards Pomos. The upstairs balcony overlooking the sea is a lovely spot for breakfast or evening drinks whilst watching the sunset, enjoying the changing colours of the Akamas hills, and if you are lucky, you may experience a moonrise over the sea.
This villa has a well equipped kitchen, a handy downstairs WC, a large double bed, beautiful unique wooden staircase and pretty garden secluded by a thick hedge. The pool terrace has sea views and you can enjoy meals al fresco in complete privacy.
Excellent waterfront fish restaurants can be sampled at Latchi Marina (2.3km), along with a small selection of shops and supermarkets. You can hire a small boat with cool box or take a mini cruise.

The Baths of Aphrodite and start of the Akamas National Park with its crystal clear blue lagoon and variety of walking trails is 2.3km.
Despite being a town, Polis (5km) has retained the relaxed feel of a village, with an interesting mix of old and new, and a wide variety of shops and restaurants.
The location of this homely villa is quiet and private yet not isolated, and ideal for couples and small families.
Discounts for 2 sharing. Please email me, Irene, and for last minute offers arriving in next 30 days! Air conditioning on request.

Another wonderful holiday!

By Anne Margaret Wilson on 20-Jul-2019

We have just returned from another fantastic holiday at Villa Aphrodite. Each time we visit we find it harder to leave and we come home and look forward to our next visit. If you want to step off the treadmill of life for a spell and recharge your batteries there is no better place. Just want we needed! We highly recommend it - and Sundance.

well equipped house near to the "Aphrodite" - beach

By Christoph Lange on 15-Sep-2018

Villa Aphrodite is one of the best villas we rented all over europe. The house is well equipped and perfect for those, who want to do trecking at the AKAMAS-peninsula. Troodos-mountains are far away, it takes more than 1,5 hours to go there. But in late march we prefer the lovely trecks at Akamas. The track at Avakas-Gorge is very difficult and not to be done with sandals or sneakers! Some hints for german people: 1) try to rent a car with automatic ! Helpfull: billiger-mietwagen.de 2) best supermarket at Paphos is - to our opinion - the Alpha Mega, you pass by coming from the airport. 3) good restaurant to be reached by foot: Aphrodite Beach Hotel (!), not at the beach, not the Bath of Aphrodite Taverna. Try the buffet or the fish-Meze.

Excellent well equipped villa, great hamper!

By Brian B. on 11-Aug-2018

Hi Irene, Just a quick line to thank you for a lovely break at the above villa last week. We had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The villa was excellent, very well equipped and the hamper left for us was very welcoming, including a very delicious home baked cake. Unfortunately back to reality with temperatures about half they were in Cyprus, but happy memories. Many thanks Brian

The location and views were stunning - totally beautiful

By Wendy Porter on 04-Aug-2018

Hello Irene Been really busy since our return but just want so say how very much we enjoyed our stay in the Villa Aphrodite. It was a pleasure communicating with you during the booking and both Cybreeze and Nikkos were great to deal with. The villa and pool were so relaxing and the welcome hamper really appreciated as was the change of linen at 7days. The location and views were stunning - totally beautiful. The tavernas we visited were all lovely and the people so friendly but we especially enjoyed the Aphrodite Baths restaurant for food and spectacular views. This was the first time we have booked a villa, and as I mentioned earlier we were so pleased with your support throughout the whole booking process and we do hope to book another holiday with Sundance villas in the near future. The villa Aphrodite was just perfect for the two of us, near a beach, quiet but not too far from restaurants etc. Which of your other villas would you recommend us to look at and are they only in Cyprus? We flew from Gatwick but would prefer to fly from Stansted as it is our nearest airport. Have you any information on flights from there or Norwich or Luton? Look forward to hearing from you

Perfect. I was in desperate need of peace and tranquility, I found this and more!

By Concetta on 28-Jul-2018

Dear Irene , I just want to say a very big thank you to you for making my stay in Cyprus so perfect. I was in desperate need of peace and tranquility, I found this and more! The villa was perfect and as you said secluded but not isolated, so as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe. The owners made me feel very welcome and the pre ordered shopping meant I could settle in and relax as soon as I arrived. The only thing I can fault is that I booked for a week and not longer, so I would love to return in September !!! I will be in touch shortly to see if this is possible. Kindest regards Concetta xx PS. Your choice in wine (red Status 99 Kolios winery) was perfect too x

Our favourite area, off the beaten track

By Isobella Sinclair on 21-Jul-2018

Dear Irene, Just a quick note to thank you for recommending this fabulous property to us. As you know we had visited the beach previously on a day trip, so it was really wonderful to have it all to ourselves. On a couple of evenings, we took our bottle of wine and a picnic to the beach then deserted, and had a gorgeous swim in the warm sea, then laid under the starlit sky, we could not ask for more....
