An exclusive private estate in the heart of Le Marche region, close to the Adriatic Sea.Melograno Country Resort is a beautifully restored listed farmhouse with an adjacent cottage and barn, set within 28 acres of landscaped gardens, olive groves and woodland.
Available on an exclusive-use basis, the estate offers high-quality accommodation for large groups framed by breathtaking views over rolling hills and the Sibillini Mountains. The grounds provide a spectacular and versatile setting for celebrations, ceremonies and wedding receptions.
The property preserves its original rustic character while offering every modern comfort, including Wi-Fi throughout. Positioned on a secluded hilltop and reached via a private gated road, the estate enjoys complete tranquillity and absolute privacy, with no neighbouring properties or passing roads.
The fully fenced swimming pool area is surrounded by olive trees and features a generous solarium, a large gazebo and premium sun loungers. Elevated above the landscape, it commands uninterrupted panoramic views of unspoilt countryside -views that guests consistently say are even more impressive in person than in photographs. The pool measures 10m x 5m (1.4m deep) and is professionally maintained to the highest standards.
Ideally located, the estate is less than one hour from Ancona Airport, just 15 minutes from the Adriatic’s sandy beaches and 40 minutes from mountains and lakes, while local shops are only two minutes away.
Its strategic position makes it the perfect base for exploring Le Marche’s cultural treasures, including Urbino, Fermo, Macerata, and Ascoli Piceno, as well as Assisi and Spello in nearby Umbria.
The estate is generally rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday; shorter stays or alternative arrival days are available on request.

Wedding at Il Melograno
By Oliver G. on 26-May-2024We celebrated our wedding at Il Melograno in the last week of May and it was wonderful. It is a peaceful place in the middle of nature surrounded by olive trees, birds and beautiful gardens. Candida and their children were amazing hosts. They made us feel welcome and helped us so much to organize the event. We spend a whole week at the villa with friends and family (24 persons) and everything was perfect. There is enough space for everyone to hang out, relax and spend time together. Everyone was happy.

By Christina Schmidt on 25-Aug-2023Unser Aufenthalt in einer Gruppe von 20 Personal, alles Familien mit Kindern war wirklich sehr erholsame. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und sauber. Die Kinder und die Erwachsenen hattten auf dem Grundstücke genug Platz um gemeinsame zu verweilen oder auch sich zurück zu ziehn. Ein toller Pool, guter Zufahrtsweg und der Strand nur 20 Minuten mit dem Auto haben den Aufenthalt abgerundet. Der Gastgeber und seine Frau waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns bei der Planung der Ausflugsziele super unterstützt. Wir können wirklich alle diese Villa empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank noch mal für die schöne Zeit bei Ihnen.
schönes altertümliches Anwesen
By Marc Hempel on 03-Jun-2024Wer den rustikalen Wohnstil liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Das Areal ist abgelegen, so dass es auch keinen Nachbarn stört, wenn es mal etwas lauter wird. Großzügiges Bauernhaus mit gesamt 4 Küchen. Teilweise müssen sich die Zimmer die Bäder teilen. Wir sind mit 25 Personen angereist, darunter 4 Kinder. Hier konnte man sich auch, wenn man es wollte, gut aus dem Weg gehen. Bei Fragen/Problemen war die Eigentümerin immer sofort vor Ort und bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt.

She helped me plan a magical wedding; connecting me with all the wedding providers in the area. She was on hand whenever we wanted anything and nothing was too big or small for her to help wth. The venue is exquisite. So many beautiful spots and special intricacies that made this an authentic Italian experience. Our group of 22 international travellers had enough space to enjoy family time and alone time. I cannot recommend the villa and the experience enough - no words can describe the memories that we made at this beautiful place.
