The quinta is spilt over two floors, with 3 generous en-suite bedrooms downstairs (double or two singles) each with a private veranda. Upstairs, a staircase leads to the master suite, including a study, veranda, bedroom and full bathroom, all very generously proportioned. All bedrooms have air conditioning..
There is a large living room with a recessed fireplace, and adjacent television room, a large kitchen and indoor dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with two cookers, a hob, microwave, American fridge, coffee machine. There is a separate pantry and laundry room.
But outside is where you want to be! There is a large covered veranda with a seating area to just sit and soak in the view. Adjacent is an outdoor dining area with bar-b-q, easily accessible also from the kitchen. A level down is the kidney shaped pool with a diving board at the deep end and a surrounding paved area for sun loungers. Off to the side is another covered area and sun-downer veranda. Pool towels provided.
