Description
Casa MomassaThis traditional Portuguese villa is beautifully located on the Gramacho Golf Course and has a view of the course’s 14th hole with the town of Ferragudo and Portimao in the background.
Casa Momassa is in excellent condition, the interior is modern and practical, and is equipped with the latest household amenities.
The granite countertop kitchen is fully equipped.
The villa has 4 bedrooms that sleep a total of 10 people. One to four additional beds can be arranged on request. (Extra cost) Three of the bedrooms have their own full bathroom. A fourth full bathroom serves as a guest bathroom. The villa also has a baby cot and chair.
The large living room/dining room has direct access to the outdoor patio and pool area.
The master bedroom on the second floor has access to a large balcony with a view of the golf course. The villa also has a private covered grill area.
The villa and backyard are elevated 4-5 meters above the golf course. This, in addition to the oleander bushes that enclose the property, provide excellent privacy.
In the backyard, there are several seating arrangements. One of these has a view of the golf course and is perfect for watching the sunset.
If you wish to watch TV, there are more than 100 channels available.
There is of course free high speed fiber WiFi in the villa and outside by the pool.
A lot of toys for pool, beach and sport are available to use at any time.
There are several restaurants, bars, supermarkets, malls (including a Nike outlet), etc. near by.

By Angie Coupers on 21-Jan-2025Had a fantastic stay at Stig’s villa for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration. The location and gardens are stunning & there was lots of room for all our guest’s who came for 4 nights. We ate out most nights with a memorable night at restaurant Villa Medici in Carvoeiro town and also Casa Rei da Praia’s on Caneiros beach at Ferragudo. The boys played golf & the ladies went wine tasting at Algarne Gourmet wine & food which is local. We hope to be back next January! Thank you for being dog friendly, Mac loved it. What an amazing stay at Casa Momassa!
By Emily Lumley on 27-Aug-2024What an amazing stay at Casa Momassa! We are all grandparents and parents and have enjoyed a beautiful week in your gorgeous villa and surroundings. The pool has been well used as we are non golfers but appreciate the location and peacefulness so much. Thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful meal at the local vineyard “Pinta dos Santos”, incredible! Ferragudo is a wonderful little town with bars and cafes. Portimao wonderful. Carvoeiro has an incredible fish restaurant on top of the cliff overlooking the sea “Mar de Fora” Thank you for letting us rent your wonderful villa!
What an amazing stay at Casa Momassa!
By Rupert Ransford on 26-Aug-2024What an amazing stay at Casa Momassa! We have been coming to Carvoeiro for almost 30 years and it is safe to say this is our favorite villa to date. We have loved playing in the pool and have enjoyed our many BB’s on the patio for lunch. In the evenings we have ventured out and found some great places. For food we would recommend A Gale’s, Primavera (Italian) and the Garden floor in Carvoeiro, all of which do lovely live music. Closer to home and our all time fave is of course Quinta dos Santos (I recommend the fillet steak) where we always enjoyed a dance overlooking the vineyard after. For entertainment, head to the Round up saloon in town for a guaranteed good night out - But remember to take cash as no card machine. We also undertook our first round of golf here which was throughout enjoyed, but I would suggest earlier the better as it can get very hot in the afternoon. Overall a truly amazing stay, we will definitely be back. Big thanks to Stig for all his help. Untill next time, Rupert, Sue, Lucy, Emily, Katie
Fantastic week at Casa Momassa
By Torunn Muri on 11-Aug-2024Thanks a lot for a fantastic week at Casa Momassa. What a beautiful place! Four adults and four children have enjoyed the sun, pool, games, strength training on the new beautiful artificial grass. There have also been boat trips, beach trips, cliff jumping, Slide & Splash and restaurant visits. Day 2 we locked ourselves out of the house, but it was resolved very well with Stig's help. We have had an absolutely fantastic holiday here - we will be back Regards Torunn, Simnen, Amalie, Mikkel, Christine, Ola, Victor
Stay in a beautiful villa
By Vivienne Jackson on 05-Mar-2024February 2024 – 25.02 to 05.03 Thank you so much Stig for allowing us to stay in this beautiful villa. We are a family of 5, with 3 generations and love to say we were all blown away with the villa and gardens. It is in perfect location and we enjoyed days on the beach paddleboarding. Our favourite was Carvoeiro beach, we also had a couple of lovely meals at the Italian Donna Maria which has a great view of the beach. Another good beach was Praia Grande. Golden sand and the best cocktails at Nau bar. Lot’s of lovely caves to explore too. Golf courses were very well kept and the club house bar and food also good. We were grateful for our communication throughout and information on the beaches etc. We would love to come back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the pool and BBQ area. Nice vacation

A very beautiful villa in a wonderful setting (right in the middle of a golf course). There's hardly anything to complain about. The landlord is always available and very helpful. Everything went perfectly. We would come again.
