Description
Welcome to our beautifully restored Algarvian villa, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, set in 1650m2 of mature gardens , and a private pool. Sleeps 6 adults plus 2 children(under 12) /infants.The property is fully secure : electric gates and has mature garden and hedges for shade and privacy , a private pool , lots of outdoor seating and relaxing areas.
Bedroom 1: large master bedroom with Super King Bed, en suite shower wetroom, with washbasin, vanity, walk in shower , toilet and private access to small patio opening to the garden and pool areas. There is a fitted wardrobe, 2 x bedside tables with lamps, dresser and smart tv
Bedroom 2: Twin adult sized single beds with fitted wardrobe, 2 x side tables and lamps. Access to the gardens through a private patio.
Bedroom 3: King size bed, with fitted wardrobes, dresser and 2 x bedside tables with lamps, smart tv.
Family bathroom has walk in shower and freestanding bath, washbasin and toilet. This bathroom is accessible with a wheelchair, and the bedrooms are all on this level.
Bathroom 3: walk in shower wetroom, with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower, in the hallway.
The kitchen is fully fitted, a large American style fridge freezer, a separate drinks fridge, range cooker, toaster, kettle, barista style coffee machine, juicer, hand held smoothie/soup maker.
The lounge has a large dining table and setting for 10, which opens out onto the BBQ patio, overlooking the pool and gardens.

The dining room leads to the open plan lounge , 2 large sofas , 2 relaxing single seater chairs. There is a fitted woodburner, and logs supplied for winter rentals.
The smart tv is set up for streaming, Netflix, and has a large video and music library, as well as loads of books and board games.
The gardens are large with grassed areas , flower beds & hedges. This is a fully secure garden , with privacy and shade.
The swimming pool is on the lower garden, with screened hedges for privacy. There are sunbeds, and a covered bar area.
Within 5 minute walk to Acoteias village, with a large range of restaurants, bars, shops, open all year round.
Praia da Falesia, one of the best beaches in the world is less than 8 minutes walk , the Pine Cliffs less than 5 minutes walk.
This is a perfect holiday home, whether in summer, or winter, with woodburning stove and is winter ready.
Available on weekly lets from June to September, and longer stays October to June.
We can arrange airport transfers with competitive rates, and we are registered for online shopping and delivery services with Continente & Intermache
Entire property is NO SMOKING/VAPING. This is non negiotable. Portugal is vulnerable to fires, and we prefer not to accommodate smokers/vapers
Dogs are welcome, maximum 2, we charge an extra steam cleaning fee.
We offer registered oontracts for Visa purposes , from Oct to May only.
Happy to Discount for longer stay , from October to June
There is a security deposit of €650 , refunded upto 1 week after you vacate , if there are no damages.
We are registered for rentals, a booking form needs to be in , in advance with all passport details, as per Portuguese law

The villa has everything you could need and the welcome pack was very welcome! The outside space is really beautiful and the pool area is a great space to spend time in. Would recommend if you want a well equipped base in a great location.

By Niall Mcloughlin on 22-Jun-2025Our second time to stay at this lovely detached bungalow. Substantial back garden with nice clean pool and ample privacy. Walking distance to Falesia beach and multiple decent restaurants.. IPTV provides access to all possible TV channels. Very obliging owner.
