With two en-suite bedrooms, a separate TV/music room and an office, there is plenty of room to relax whilst enjoying the luxury of personal bathrooms for everyone. Delight in the mesmerizing sea views from all around or relax on our high quality loungers in the sunshine.Step outside onto the spacious balcony extending from the lounge or savor the view from the beautiful balcony off the master bedroom and office upstairs. This upscale residence features high-quality furnishings, adaptable twin/double bedrooms and is located on the top two floors of the building.
Outside there is a large glass terrace with panoramic views, a luxurious Italian corner sofa, outdoor dining, sun loungers, and an electric awning. Inside, the living space offers a Satellite TV-equipped lounge, a stylish dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, and washing machine.
On the entry level you will find the second large bedroom featuring an ensuite full bathroom and blackout blinds, and a separate TV/music room complete with a keyboard, smart TV, and a comfortable sofa bed for a fifth guest (upon request).
The top-floor has the beautiful master bedroom which boasts an ensuite shower, breathtaking sea views, and blackout blinds. The separate office space gives a serene workspace with a desk where you can gaze at the fabulous sea views or chill out in the cozy reading nook. Stay comfortable with air conditioning in all rooms.
Our luxury apartment block, hosting just 12 units, is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Take advantage of the quiet pool, exclusive to our residents, with its inviting blue waters that bask in sunlight all day. With a lift and parking nearby, a car is not required to explore the wonders of Praia da Luz. By John V on 10-Aug-2025One of the best holiday rentals we have stayed in. The apartment was excellent, beds comfy, air con welcome in August and the balcony offered a wonderful view over the sea. The pool was also a great bonus. Karen was a great host and responsive throughout. An easy stroll to the beach, restaurants and bars in Praia da Luz. First time in this part of the Algarve but certainly plan to visit again. Highly recommended.

Restful and comfortable stay with lovely sea view
By Amanda Goodger on 28-Jul-2025The apartment was modern , clean and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms stay nice and cool. Air conditioning is there if needed. The balcony was a definite bonus and we enjoyed morning coffee from the convienient coffee pod machine or an evening drink looking out at the lovely sea views. The owner was very helpful and accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend this for your high quality stay.

A superb location and setting
By Mike Wright on 12-Jul-2025We first visited this apartment during 2024 and returned this year during early July. We aim to return again in 2026. The apartment is located with sea views and minutes from numerous restaurants and the beach area where umbrellas/loungers can be rented.. The apartment has been very well designed with air conditioning to each room and having a large balcony overlooking the private pool area.. All is very well equipped having three bedrooms, two with an en-suite. A wonderful apartment, location and setting..

Lovely stay in Luz
By Maureen on 19-Apr-2025We really enjoyed our 10 night stay in Karen’s lovely apartment. Beds are very comfortable, balcony is wonderful to enjoy your morning coffee. The lift wasn’t working when we were there but we managed ok without it. Communication with Karen was excellent and she very kindly messaged us when we had a power outage to check we were ok. Great location with a lovely family run restaurant about a 5 minute walk from apartment. Praia de Luz is a lovely resort with a beautiful beach. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Praia de Luz.

6 Night stay in April

Excellent condition throughout, it was just a shame the weather wasn't nice enough for us to make the most of the large balcony and wonderful view. We will definitely be back again! Thank you.

Amazing Stay!
By Tracy Smith on 15-Feb-2025Truly enjoyed our first visit to Praia da Luz (and to Portugal) especially because we felt so at home at this Penthouse apartment. So clean and perfectly outfitted for all our needs. Views were spectacular. Really enjoyed the terrace for morning coffees and afternoon glasses of wine. Host was very attentive to all our needs. Highly recommend this place!
