By John Callander on 05-Oct-2025Just returned from the villa - we were a party of 4 adults who wanted to have some space in smart upmerket surroundings - 10 out of 10. In a nutshell we wished our houses at home were as nice as the villa. Excellently furnished / decorated in a great location. Lovely private pool area, great spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area, with the formal lounge on the first floor offering a degree of opulence. As a group we have stayed an many private villas - but this one was the best so far - enough said - book it and enjoy it.
Fantastic
By Laura on 05-Aug-2025We had a lovely weeks stay at the villa in August. Mark and Maria were so helpful in organising cots and highchairs for two family babies. The facilities are exceptional and the pool/sunbed area is the best we have had in the Algarve for many years. It was spotlessly clean and had everything you could need with lovely views out of the terraces. There is a great restaurant at the end of road which does fantastic pizzas. We hired a car which allowed easy travel to Burgau, Salema and Luz but taxis were plentiful and affordable. We would not hesitate in considering a second visit.
Amazing villa!
By Wendy R on 17-Jun-2025Well, what can I say, this is truly an amazing villa! We had a family meet up for 8 of us and it was just perfect. Clean, spacious with many chill out areas in the villa. The swimming and jacuzzi pool were exceptional and just the tonic in the hot Portugal sunshine in June. Our children especially enjoyed the outdoor television in the evening to listen to music while the sun set. Mark is a very helpful host and was very responsive with emails or telephone calls. Maria the villa manager is a joy, we communicated by WhatsApp, and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Maria! We highly recommend Mark’s villa….we will be back.
What an outstanding villa.

The level of furniture and equipment is of a very high quality and the villa has every device and gadget you would require. We even rearranged the ‘deckchairs’ to have evening drinks on the roof terrace with a magnificent view over Luz Bay. We often complain about the absence or thinness of the lounger covers in villas, but these ones were better than you would get in any five star hotel…. perfect for snoozing off an indulgent lunch!
