Enjoy the luxury of this apartment at Porto Dona Maria (just outside Praia da Luz) in the Western Algarve. Fly to Faro, then it’s a 75 minutes’ drive along the A22 motorway. The apartment is fully and properly licensed by the local council as regards health and safety. Licence number: 14786/AL. I am the owner (not a Property Rental Manager) and have owned it from new. The apartment is south facing with a full sea view. It features both underfloor heating and air conditioning which makes it comfortable all year round.The main bedroom also faces south and has a sea view. This bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes. Just outside the door is the second bathroom with large walk-in shower. In addition there is a mezzanine floor with a comfortable sofa bed, capable of sleeping another two persons.
An underground private parking space is included. Free sporting facilities on site include indoor heated swimming pool, a fully fitted gymnasium, hot tub, sauna and Turkish bath. Outdoors there are two swimming pools, including a children’s pool. Also a 9 hole pitch and putt golf course (a fee). Some of the Algarve’s top golf courses are within a 15 minute drive including Palmares and Boa Vista. Free Wi-Fi Internet for your own computer or other device.
