Description
Casa Encantadora is a modern villa located in the Monte Lemos area of Praia da Luz, approximately 10 minutes walk away from the shops, restaurants and beach. The Villa is set within a walled garden, accessed by security gates. With ample parking for two or three cars. It has a large private heated (optional) pool and terraced area, equipped with pool cover, sun loungers, table and chairs. The villa has 3 large bedrooms which all have en-suites. Bedrooms 1 & 2 also have balconies from which you can see lovely sea views. Bedroom 3 is situated on the ground floor which has proved to be popular with guests who do not wish to or are unable to climbs the stairs. The large modern kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to make your holiday more enjoyable. You can relax in the lounge on 3 comfortable two seater sofas and have meals in the dining area which has a dining table and 6 chairs. There is a built-in barbecue to the side of the house for outside dining on warm summer evenings and cars can be securely parked within the grounds. English channels can be accessed from the broadband internet to view on a widescreen television. The villa has Free Wi-Fi internet connection. L/A License 5321/AL.Notes on accommodation: The villa is available for renting all year round and is equipped with every modern appliance, including a built-in wood burning stove for the cooler months and underfloor heating which is optional at £10 per night.. Every bedroom has it's own bathroom/shower room and the 2 upstairs bedrooms have terraces with sea views. The property is suitable for disabled as one of the twin bedrooms with ensuite facilities is on the ground floor and can be accessed safely. Outside: The villa has landscaped garden areas and a rectangular pool (approx 7x3m) which can be heated as an optional extra at £25 per night and it has a pool cover to retain the temperature and there is also an outside shower. Sun loungers and dining furniture are provided and there is a built-in charcoal BBQ to the side of the house, also a whirligig clothes dryer for your convenience. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service and towel change midweek, plus a complete linen change at the end of the first week, is included in the rental price. A welcome breakfast pack for £20 can be provided for late arrivals. A high chair can be provided at £3 per night. PLEASE NOT THAT BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED

Whether it is lazing by the pool or walking down to the numerous restaurants and cafes, it is an ideal location for a quiet enjoyable break. Have already booked for next year.
Great villa

The pool was a great size with plenty of sunbed space. The house had lots of space, it was a lot bigger than we expected. Great villa and great holiday, thank you
The villa is amazing
By Julie Ramsden on 26-Aug-2024Had a fabulous two weeks here from 2nd to 16th August. The Villa is amazing with everything you need for a six adult family holiday. It is within distance for many attractions and a short walk to the beach. Local taxi service is great and the management company are extremely quick to respond if needed. We would definitely recommend and will stay here again if visiting this area. Thank you

Relaxing stay

The kitchen has everything you need & more, the lounge is very big & cosy with 3 comfy sofas. Iron, hairdryer even toys for the pool area provided & the bedrooms & ensuites are a great size & fabulous views from the bedroom balconies. Really enjoyed our stay & would recommend this for a relaxing stay.
