Cottage in Praia da Luz, Western Algarve, Portugal - Located in the Village of Luz, 250m to Beautiful Beach of Praia da Luz, 100m to Shops
Casa Canda is a beautiful, well appointed 2 bedroom cottage located in the quiet village of Praia da Luz. It has sea views. Only 250m from the beautiful sandy beach of Praia da Luz. Restaurants, shops and 2 excellent supermarkets are within easy walking distance. To the front (south) it has private pool with terrace, bridge and water feature. (The pool may be heated at extra cost) To the rear it has a private terraced area for car parking. The cottage is maintained to a high standard. On the lower floor, there are 2 bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower-room. There is a separate family bathroom. Patio doors lead to terrace, sunbeds and pool. On the upper floor, a nice sized lounge/dining room with patio doors out to balcony and patio furniture/BBQ. The kitchen is new and includes granite work surfaces and washing machine. The lounge has 32" wall mount satellite TV and beautiful log fire. Electric heaters can be provided for winter lets. 3 golf courses within 5-10 minutes drive.
Notes on accommodation: Please note there is flex in sleeping arrangements - double bed, 2 twin beds, double sofa bed, 2 * single sofa/chair beds. However, and for your comfort, the accommodation is for a MAXIMUM of 6 people - 4+2 children. Room fans are provided. For winter lets, there is a beautiful log fire in the lounge - logs can be provided AND electric heaters can be provided for the other rooms. Outside: The private pool is approx 8.5m x 2.8m. 4 quality sunloungers are provided for the use of guests on the adjacent terrace. On the upstairs balcony terrace, dining patio furniture is provided together with a stainless steel BBQ. Sea view from this balcony. Car parking is provided to the rear. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Maid service/cleaning is provided at changeover and mid-week. Linen is changed once per week. Towels are changed mid-week ie 2 sets per week
