Description

The two bedroom apartments are located within a small villa development. Each two bedroom apartment has a sea view with large terrace that also overlooks the lagoon-style swimming pool.

Ocean Villas Luz has glorious oceanfront gardens and a private path that leads directly to the seashore. The villas are situated on the quieter side of Luz with the shops, restaurants and main beach just a short stroll away. There is another small sandy beach within a two-minute walk. The apartments and villas are all tastefully decorated and well equipped. Air-conditioning in bedrooms as an optional extra. Car not required.

Features:
Lounge - Large open-plan room with dining table and chairs and some comfortable seating. TV with UK and Portuguese channels.
Log burning stove - for winter use. Free logs.
Patio doors open to the large terrace (overlooking the swimming pool) and have outside dining furniture and sun loungers.
Kitchen: Well equipped and fully fitted with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all the usual cooking and eating utensils.
Bedroom Suite: Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Full en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning as optional extra (included in winter).

Shower Room: Shower cubicle, basin and W/C.

Public areas: 21 metre lagoon-style pool with sunbathing areas, loungers and BBQ terrace. A waterfall feature connects the adult pool with the shallow children's pool. The pool is heated from spring to the end of October (not in July/August). There is a grassed sunbathing area and a shady areas under thatched parasols with BBQ, tables and chairs
Car Park & Gardens: Free parking either directly in front or 20 metres away.
Maid: There is maid service twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week. Weekly in winter.

Apartment with perfect ocean view

“Apartment with perfect ocean view … everyday just wonderful. For all we can say, this place was the best to be for our summer holiday. The perfect view each morning from the terrace to the open atlantic ocean in between a beautiful setting with palm trees, flowers and spectacular coast line. A wonderful garden, pool and barbecue. Cosy and intimate apartment with enough space for everybody. Clean, calm, perfectly equipped rooms and kitchen, Wifi works good, … , and for anything else you might need, Cristina is a nice, helpful and professional house-keeper. The village center of Luz (next to Lagos) is surprisingly close, just 100 m foot walk, with nice pubs, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and beaches. in the apartment, you hear nothing from the surroundings Ocean Villas was our best choice for a family holiday.”
