Description
The two bedroom villas are located within a small, exclusive villa development. Each apartment has a sea view with large terrace that overlooks the private gardens.Ocean Villas Luz has glorious gardens and a private path that leads directly to the seashore. They are situated on the quieter side of Luz with the shops, restaurants and main beach just a short stroll away. There is another small sandy beach within a two minutes' walk. The apartments and villas are all beautifully decorated and well equipped, each having their own sunbathing terrace. Air-conditioning in bedrooms as an optional extra. Car not required.
Features:
Lounge - Large open-plan room with dining table and chairs and some comfortable seating. TV with UK and Portuguese channels.
Log burning stove - for winter use. Free logs.
Patio doors open to the large terrace (facing the gardens) and have outside dining furniture and sun loungers. There is a quiet access road in front of the villas.
Kitchen: Well equipped and fully fitted with fridge / freezer, electric oven and hob, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all the usual cooking and eating utensils.
Bedroom Suite: Twin beds, fitted wardrobe. Full en-suite bathroom. Air conditioning as optional extra (included in winter).

Shower Room: Shower in bath, basin and W/C.
Swimming Pool: 21 metre lagoon-style pool with sunbathing areas, loungers and BBQ terrace. A waterfall feature connects the adult pool with the shallow children's pool. The pool is heated from spring to end of October. There is a grassed sunbathing area and a shady areas under thatched parasols with BBQ, tables and chairs
Car Park & Gardens: A private garden stretches down to the rocks and sea; there is parking either directly in front or 20 metres away.
Maid: There is maid service twice per week. Bedlinen is changed weekly, towels twice per week. Weekly in winter.

Huge Success

We were impressed by the imaginative layout of the site, pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, lawn, seats and and flowering shrubs were well appreciated and put to good use. The villas too were very well designed, tastefully decorated, well equipped and immaculately clean.
