To secure your dates we request a 25% deposit of the Total cost this can be paid by bank transfer.
5 weeks before your arrival day, we requested the balance payment which is due 4 weeks before your arrival date and a security deposit of £/€ 250.00. The security deposit will be refunded to you 3/5 days after your departure.
Payments can be made in Euros, if you prefer this then please state in your enquiry.
Arrivals after 8pm incur a small late arrival fee - to be paid on arrival in euros

By Leslie on 16-Jun-2024We stayed at this property for 10 days. This was our first family holiday and holiday to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. This stay was magical. From start to finish, the contact & efficiency with simply owners. This was made so easy and also the transfers were arranged for us by simply owners. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The views were so beautiful. Literally breathtaking. The bedrooms and apartment itself were spotless and so spacious. The appliances were also impeccable and I was able Do clothes washes as much a required. The apartment complex also has 4-5 pools which was great and we were surrounded only by families which made us feel at ease. We were in close vicinity to supermarket and everything we needed. In the mornings we were able to have our breakfast on the balcony and take in the views. We also had option of renting high chair and cot for our child. This trip was amazing and something we won’t forget all thanks to simply owners. Our greeter was in contact and the transfer was able to check our flight details and we did not have to worry though our inbound flight was delayed. Highly recommend this company. And great value for money. With memories to last a lifetime. We have fallen in love and decided to return to the same property for our next holiday. It was our first time staying in an apartment but this apartment exceeded our expectations and catered to our families needs. I also brought my aunt who is in her 60s and she was so comfortable and so happy with her stay.
